Ordered a pizza online, and was quoted 120 minutes for delivery. After 1hr the pizza remained in the “prep” phase. I called and sat on the phone for 20 minutes. An employee answered and told me she was going to figure out what was taking so long. She placed me on hold for another 15 minutes. Someone then picked up the phone and hung up. Terrible customer service. No explanation for why everything was taking so long or even an apology for the terrible customer service. The manager Kelsey picked up the phone, tried to play it off and didn’t express any concerns or plans to keep the employees accountable. I will never order from this location again.

I called this location and pressed “1” to place an order. I spoke with a woman who confirmed my address, gave me a total, told me my order was successful, and said it’d take 30-45 minutes. After waiting over an hour I called and pressed “2” and was told they didn’t have an order for me and that my address is out of their delivery range. It’s 6 minutes away from my house… Turns out I spoke with a call center and no one at the actual store, terrible system. This was my first and last time ordering from any dominos chain.

We had placed an order and watched the tracker to make sure it would get to us, it did not. We walked across the apartment complex to get it and it wasn’t there. I understand the whole fraud thing happens a lot, just really sucks not being able to get refunded a penny of the order when it was a real mistake! We hope the driver enjoys the tip though :/

Domino’s has been good. Sometimes there boneless chicken can be little pieces and not much big chunks but it okay. I do think Olga nice. She been great. I hope next time I order she working. Thank Ypu

Ordered a pizza that was supposed to he half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. Got half cheese and half all toppings (pepperoni+hawaiian together). How hard can it be to just follow what was ordered in the app if pizza is all you do?!?!?!? I went back to the app to make sure the mistake wasn’t on my end… I should have trusted the reviews before ordering from this place…

Just ordered CYO pasta and they didn’t add the Philly meat, then spoke to a very rude woman who told me my order didn’t have Philly meat on it. I have the receipt showing it does (via email) so now I have to drive back to the store for a refund. 2nd time I’ve ordered and my food has been incorrect. I’m good, I’d rather go somewhere that doesn’t mess my order up EVERY TIME I order!!!

We have always received our food, the quality is always different, and the delivery times go ahead and add 30-60m more. They have always sent me free vouchers via app if it took to long. I’ve had no issues with employees.

The pizza I ordered had no flavor at all despite ordering the deluxe. It was bland and saucy. I also ordered the Philly tots and the were dry, tasted burnt and had a little to no steak on it. More peppers than cheese.

First pizza had little toppings cheese and sauce. My pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through and fell into pieces when I tried to pick up a slice. Slices were not cut. This is the second time thus has happened at this location. Last time I ordered they made my pizza wrong and again the slices weren’t cut and when we went to pick our slices up the crust fell apart.

I ordered from this place often. Anytime I order and the pizza maker is David, I know for a fact that it is going to be nasty every time he makes the pizza he always sends out old Pizza. Never fresh. This time I actually got sick and instead of tasting pizza sauce I actually tasted buffalo sauce. it’s weird and it’s disgusting and something needs to be done. Im sure he peels old toppings off of old pizza and put new toppings on the old pizza and he sends it off and we pay for it. He’s pretty sloppy and nasty.
