Was there to pick up an order for a wedding rehearsal. Staff was fantastic! We were early and they jumped into action and filled our order. 10 pizzas took no time for them. We were back to the hungry wedding party in no time! Thank you guys!

Be sure when ordering for delivery to repeat your address or “rm” number you are having it delivered to AT LEAST 10 times because repeating it 3 times AND having the person taking the order repeat it back to you isn’t enough. Still managed to write the wrong number down after repeating back to me. Instead of bringing my food to the correct address they call me to tell me that I have to pick it up. If I were in position to pick up I wouldn’t have requested for it to be delivered! So basically I get punished for their mistake! Will not be ordering again. Would not be so upset if I felt they cared. No apology or anything. Never acknowledged the mistake was made on the employee part. Not only am I disappointed but my kids are. Seeing that we are already homeless and just wanted our food delivered to the correct room number. Some ppl do not have transportation and the staff in no way tried to make it right. Basically just said “oh well” either cancel or find a way to pick it up. Thanks Jade for screwing up something so simple.

I don’t mind Domino’s. (Love their desert’s) What I DO MIND is tonight when our food was delivered the delivery driver took it upon himself to back up into our yard. Mind you the snow is melting and the ground is soft and wet. I’m not impressed with the fact he couldn’t back out onto the road. I also have this on camera as well. I would take the tip back if I could. Not happy about my yard being messed up by a stranger who doesn’t know how to back up. Nothing against the food, but the drivers need to be more considerate of others property. Not like he is going to come fix it for me either.

I placed a order online for delivery.. Was quoted at a 27 minute wait time. After almost 40 minutes I checked the tracker app and it said my pizzas had left store 20 minutes ago and my ETA was 5 min… Than it changed on teacker app to 7 min than 11 min.. At this point that means my food had been sitting in car for over a half hour and still wasn’t here. I called store to find out what issue was and the manager on duty informed me delivery driver locked his keys in his car. I said well what about my pizzas because now they’ve been sitting for forever long, he raised his voice to me and told me “it’s not my fault the driver locked his keys”. I told him well it’s not mine either but that don’t mean I want to pay for a old pizza and he just insisted there was nothing he could do. At that point I told him go ahead and cancel my order as we’ve been waiting and I don’t want stale pizza. He hung up on me. Never offered to make it right just made excuses and expected me to not ONLY take the old pizza whenever the driver could get here but also pay full menu price plus delivery charge . Very unprofessional and thank God pizza hut was right down the road.

Placed an order at 630 pm received it at 8pm, I live 4 mins away, my pizzas were cold. The cheese was hard because it obviously was sitting for a while, I had to reheat the pizza to even make it edible, I called in and the manager was rude, he cut me off and wouldn’t allow me to talk. He called me a liar and yelled at me. Then he hung up on me. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve ordered from her multiple times.
