Awesome job tonight! After the other store canceled my order for basically no reason, I called this store and was treated wonderfully! Not only is the food correct, it is hot and it was ready so fast! They need to work on their time estimates. Person taking order said about 15-25 min. Arrived to pickup and pizzas not even made yet. Now sitting and waiting another 20 minutes. Won’t be ordering from this location again anytime soon.

Have tried numerous times to place orders and they leave me on hold for 20plus minutes and then are closed or no longer taking orders… extremely frustrating when they had a hour before they close according to Googles store hours and pizza takes 12 mins

This is unfortunately the closest dominos to us and after giving them one more chance tonight, we definitely won’t be ordering from here anymore. We are about 2 minutes away, and yet the pizza is rarely warm when it arrives. A few weeks ago, we ordered a pizza. It said delivered even though it wasn’t. It had been over an hour an this point, so I called (had to sit on hold for over 5 mins) just to have the kid say oh yeah it says that because it’s out with another order. Call back in like 15 minutes if it’s not there. Long story short, it just never came. I went to the Burger King drive thru which is right across from dominos to get us dinner (about 930pm at this point) and while I sat there I saw multiple employees head out on deliveries. Was so awful and completely ruined our night. Tonight the pizza we received wasn’t cut at all. It’s just not worth it at all.
