I wouldn’t give 1 star if I could. My 2 young children had a sleep with their 2 little friends at their grandmas and I ordered 3 pizzas and a 2 liter sprite. My kids grandma sent me pictures of what dominoes brought to her for the 4 kids and of course they let us down again sending in 3 burnt pizzas. I wouldn’t feed that to the homeless if it was up to me. I am so upset!!! I called and whoever answered the phone argued with me and told me that he does not give refunds and that I will not get a refund. Hmmm My son is possibly on a spectrum level and he has issues with texture, taste and what his food looks like. He will only eat goldfish and cheese pizza if it’s made right. Any parent with children on a spectrum can vouch on how picky our special babies are. My poor son freaked out disappointed to have opened the box and see burnt pizza. I will never never ever again buy from any dominoes ever again.

Staff was very friendly and gave me a free drink for my wait. Would have given a 5 star but I had two pizzas made incorrectly. Both were supposed to be pineapple on thin crust with extra pineapple, extra cheese, and extra sauce. Instead I got both pizzas with light pineapple, light cheese, and light sauce. It was my first experience with this location so I probably won’t be back. I’ll just eat where I know I will get pizza the way I ask for it. But the staff was very friendly at least.

It should never take over 13 minutes for a person to answer the phone. I ordered a couple of sandwiches and the tracker still has it in quality check for over 30 minutes…even if they didn’t have the workers, there should be a disclaimer of that. I’m beyond pissed and won’t order from them again.

This Dominos location has always been polite, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I have an issue with my order they’re quick to correct it&don’t make you feel like you’re asking for too much for wanting the product/service you paid for. One of the managers, I think his name is Calvin, is probably the main reason the store operates so well&with the lack of consistent/reliable employees willing to work, I’m sure it isn’t easy so props to him. (I apologize if I have the name wrong – names are the first thing I forget ♀️) I know us locals wish Ellettsville had something besides a bunch of pizza joints, but the prices here are cheap and the service is good, and I’ve been a regular for about a year now, so I definitely recommend this store!

Take down “The fastest delivery service” off ur sign… I have had at least 6 or 7 times in the past month where u guys said it’s going to be an hour and a half for food because of no delivery drivers. My food got cancelled today because there’s no delivery drivers until 6pm it’s starting to get pathetic might as well rebrand to swing in pizza with no delivery service at this point .
