Ordered $80.00 worth of food and was not impressed at all. None of the pizzas had extra cheese or hardly any cheese at all. The thin crust was super thin and burnt to a crisp. The hand toss pizzas were dry and mostly dough. I will not be coming back. I’ll gladly support my mom and pop pizza joints. I would add photos if it would let me.

We ordered from this location around 7:45 tonight for delivery. The order was sitting in the quality check from around 8 ish to about 8:50 so I called the store. The person that answered was beyond unprofessional. He first stated they only had one driver. I was okay with that answer and understand that it would take a little long then expected. However he then said the guy is like 65 and I think he has dementia. This comment made me sick. It’s no wonder places have such a hard time finding workers when there team treats them like this. When the pizza finally arrived it was not even lukewarm and had been more than 2 hours after the order. The driver was very polite and was at least 10 years younger than the employee on the phone said. I am less upset about the cold pizza and the 2 hour wait then the disgusting statements that were made. I will never order from this domino’s again and will likely not order from another domino’s after this.

I used to work here, and it wasn’t perfect while I was there, but the change in ownership has clearly destroyed the quality of the customer service and food quality. It’s a fast food pizza joint, I don’t expect much, but the thin crusts are far to thin, the hand tossed end up burnt, or end up too soft. The pans, unless it’s late in the night, also end up awful and rushed. I don’t expect much, but this dominos fails at every turn. You can’t even get through to call half the time, leaving the few times I try to call in to get answered by an Indian call center. Frustrating and ridiculous. Nothing really over the top, but it’s always something. Hopefully things change.

A month ago I ordered 3 thin crust pizzas with extra sauce. One was to have chicken added. I received burnt crusts, no chicken, and no extra. The manager graciously “fixed” the problem with a credit on my account when I called to report the issues. I ordered again tonight to use that credit. This time I chose hand tossed crusts, square cut, extra sauces, and added chicken. I received no chicken, no sauce on 2 of the pizzas, no extra sauce on the third pizza, pie cut on all 3, with 6 huge pieces cut instead of the normal 8 cut on one pizza. My son did the pick-up and said how the employees were awful. Only the district manager was helpful. I won’t even bother contacting the store. I just don’t ever plan to go there again. I have had much better experiences with the Corydon store.

Sadly, I think this store is working really hard to be shutdown. Delivery is a joke. Pick-Up is laughable….You can’t order online and pay in the store. So, I went in the store to place my order bc my daughter had a Gold Card from her school for a free pizza….you can’t order that online nor can you call the store to place the order and let them know you are trying to use the “prize” card bc THEY HAVE NO PHONE IN THE STORE….I think I have been frustrated & disappointed with this store for the last time.

Placed an online order before 4pm with a 4:15 “ready” estimate. I called to adjust the pick up time to 4:45, and was assured it would be ready by then. I show up at 4:52, and the pizza had “just gone in.” It was after 5 PM when I FINALLY got my pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Absolutely the worst. When we first moved in it was phenomenal! Even submitted a review to acknowledge how great the drivers were since we were a new neighborhood with issues getting orders from anywhere. Its been 6 months since we have ordered from there now. Around the beginning of the year we had 3 orders that got messed up back to back to back. Ordering only pizza for our kids in situations where it could have made or broken the night. Anyone with kids can understand this. It didn’t work out each time, and we were Understanding. But all we asked for was the money back for the pizza my kids did not order… We were lied to several times about receiving credit and even sent around in a circle with corporate. Loved dominoes until we visited this one. Now we will never order from any dominoes again.
