Online order and was texted saying 10 mins till ready. showed up and had to wait at the window for 10 mins for someone to come to the window. I paid and then was told they messed up the pizza and they would have to remake it it would take 10 mins to pull around front and they would bring it out no problem stuff happens. Waited another 25 mins out front and Noone came out. Tried to go inside bit it was locked up. When thur the drive thur window where I waited another 8 mins before they came to the window. Got home and they gave me the wrong dripping sauce and my pizza a was not edible looks like it was dropped on the floor. Tried calling no answer. This is the second time in a row something has happen like this. Would recommend staying away till management can get a grip on things.

Bad experience tonight. Normally, this is not a problem, but the driver up person was outside smoking. I ran across the gas station line and heard it ring 3 time. After 7 minutes, I drove around front and expressed my displeasure with the service.

Ordered online and waited behind the store in the Target parking since I drive a commercial Truck. I walked to their store to pick up the pizza and was told that the Lobby is closed and I have to use the drive thru. The dude in the drive thru opened the window and asked how he could help me. I explained him that I Drive a truck and your website didn’t mention in-store pick up isn’t available so if he could just hand me the pizza through the window. It’s ridiculous that he could open the window and chat with me about how he couldn’t help me until a came in a car and not just hand me the pizza through that window!!! Worsttttttt employee ever!!!!!!

Dude this is the freshest meal I’ve had from Domino’s in about 15 years! I live 30 minutes away from this Domino’s location and there’s two others by my house but I would literally drive half an hour to come to this location on Illinois road this pizza is so delicious and fresh and flavorful I’m blown away definitely will be coming back! Plus it looks great

Truly truly awful. Picked up a carry out order because they don’t deliver to my house (7 miles away) and the staff was rude, the pizza was so bad, the toppings were so unevenly distributed that each piece was like eating a different pizza. We ordered a taco pizza and it’s literally just a regular pizza with some taco seasoning. The thin crust is crispy, which was the only redeeming quality.

Never really had problems with Domino’s in California or Texas. But since moving here this particular location has been a hit or miss. Last two orders have been a miss, unfortunately. Previous time placed online order for delivery and it was never delivered. Had to go pick up myself and the manager on duty couldn’t refund my delivery tip. Today placed another online order just to have it sit on preparing for a whole full hour. When I finally called to find out the status I was told another 30 minutes would be needed. I checked the tracker after the call and it updated to another person preparing my food but it went from person 1 prepping the food at 3:53pm to person number 2 prepping your food at 5:01pm. At the very least, this time around, the lady that answered the phone was able to refund my money. Do me wrong once shame on you, do me wrong twice shame on me, I guess. But never again.

I don’t normally leave reviews at all. But last time I was in town, a quick pizza, ended up with some unexpected great service, and good food. Yes, it’s a pizza place, it not a fancy dinner, its pizza. It was good, and it was very evident that the people work there do care and put forth a good effort. Kudos.

I ordered a pizza at 11:30 pm for delivery online. At 11:50 I received a call that they have no driver and they only have take out. Really???? Then why allow orders for delivery if there is no staff to deliver? And as well, why wait until 10 minutes until they close to let me know they have no drivers. They had to know sooner. I couldn’t have made it there before they closed. If I could give this zero stars I would.
