Worker charged us for our garlic sauce only to forget to give it to us because she wanted to count the draw down before the store was even closed. I do not think this is safe or professional to start with, but when you can’t even complete a very simple order of one pizza and one garlic sauce, then make your delivery driver do the order for you because, again, you have to count your drawer BEFORE close? It’s only a $1.50 but it was something I paid for that I didn’t even get. Was that your tip?

We have a 13-yr-old living with us, so we order pizza almost every day using the app. It is always ready within 15 minutes and is delicious. With the coupons, we save a lot of money. Better and faster than the more expensive pizza places in town!

I made a order over the phone i told them my name and what i wanted (2 large pizzas) and when I went to pick it up and one of the girls which happened to answer the phone said she didn’t have anything. Smh not to mention “Madi” where just going to call her Madi cus she looked like a Madi had her stank attitude horrible service and very unprofessional.

Truck driver…. I was broke down about 5 miles from this dominos, call too see if they would deliver me something too eat? Some do and some don’t, he did, and the food was hot and good!

Worked here for 6 years. The company has gone down hill. They will accuse you of stealing and write you up for doing things you were trained to do. They will also take away hours from you for calling in sick with a doctor’s note. Then they wonder why turnover is high. Employee loyalty means next to nothing anymore. It’s sad to see a once great employer turn so bad.

There was a computer glitch at the register and my being wrapped up in conversation, I didn’t catch that my total was way higher than it should have been on this past Friday. On Sunday when I realized what happened, I called up Domino’s and spoke to the manager Hayden. He was very apologetic and took care of the issue and went above and beyond just good customer service, he was great!!
