I live a .5 mile north of the Hobart Domino’s and it took a driver 1.5 hours to find my address. I am on Wisconsin St. When trying to call the manager to discuss issue. I was hung up on, would not give me store owners information, and basically acted like a 10 year old child. I contacted corporate and NOTHING was done. So both this stores location owner and corporate basically could care less about their consumers!

Instead of waiting for someone to deliver pizza to my car, I went inside to pick it up. Employee (young, white heavy-set male) said I HAD TO download the app to notify the store that I was there to pick up my PAID order. I refused to download another DNS app on my phone. Although I showed him my receipt, on my phone, he refused to give me my order unless I downloaded the app. I refused!

I ordered pizza on 9 28 21 at 1140pm. I just got off a 23 hour shift at work. And this was the closest place open. They guys working that night were awesome! Pizza taste great. They were very friendly. Greeted me with a happy smile. I know they were getting ready to close and alot of other places would have been mad ordering so close to closing time. I have give this place enough stars for there attitude and to thabk them for going above an beyond to leave a note on the box to not work to hard.. thank you!

Ordered pizza with sauces that they charge for now and they never gave us the sauces. It was close to closing so when I got home I couldn’t call them. So no biggie, I called them today to get a refund or even a gift card for the $8 in sauces they didn’t give us and they won’t do it. They can only put a “note” on the account and we’d have to call them manually to order to use that “credit”. I just wanted a gift card or a refund. Guess I’ll be going through my credit card to get the funds back.

Literally the worse of the worst. All the way around. Missing items, cold, burnt, got us sick you name it this is the place. What makes it even worse is they nicely.offer you a replacement or credit and then when you call back they are ignorant and refuse to give said credit. Stay away. Order from anywhere else and save your stomach, yourself a ton of frustration, wasted time & money.

I ordered from this Domino’s all the time. It’s always been good and fast service. This time was different. It was Friday at 1:39 when I placed my order online so I could track it. At 2:30 I called because it was still being “quality checked”. I spoke with Tyler and he informed me that they only had one drive and that his manager was out delivering orders because they only had one driver. He then told me that he would make sure that my pizza was fresh and hot and if it wasn’t he would remake it. At 2:45 I received my pizza and it was ice cold. Not the delivery drivers fault at all. Love her she looked so stressed out. So I then call and talk to Tyler again, and asked him why he lied to me. He did not check my pizza before it left he did not make sure if it was even warm. He did however refund my money and promise me something free next time I come. But I will not go there again. Sorry not sorry
