BIG UPS TO KAYTLIN AND HER TEAM! Our bus broke down coming back from a youth trip at the Indiana State Capitol. She understood that I had some hungry teens who had been sitting for nearly 2 hours. One of the female most night shift CSR employee has now on multiple occasions answered the phone order to inform us that they have a 1hr 45min wait in hope’s we hang up @ 8:30pm w/ closing hrs of 1a.m. an when we told her we didn’t mind the wait she let’s us know that her computer for orders is OFF!!! So basically she lied in hopes we would hang up already having her equipment off almost 3hrs before closing. Ridiculous

Pizza is alright. Cheesy bread is literally hit or miss. I ordered 2 orders of it. One was well over cooked and the other was ok. We tried both. The ends of the right one were given to our dog as a treat because they were so hard.

Debra took my phone in order was professional and friendly. She completed the order accurately even though it was special order. The pizza was half cheese /half mushroom, pepperoni and sausage. It was a large carry-out special. At pick up Mike and Dennnis inside the store were very helpful and friendly. They made sure the order was complete even had plates and 100% grated parmesan cheese. Also got some ranch dressing for my parmesan bites.

The pizza was horrible. I ordered online 2 pizzas and they were made wrong and had to be somewhere by a certain time for a lunch break. They were made wrong twice but they did give me all 4 pizzas but it was so un well I only ate 1 piece and was barely able to get that down

Ordered from them 3 times in roughly last 30 days for delivery and all 3 times my order was completly correct, the food was fresh and hot and extremely good, and the drivers were super friendly along with whoever answered the phone. Two of those orders were during what I’d consider peak hours and I still had my food in under an hour. This stores doing something right again!
