Workers an manager do not pay attention to special request per order! Always making mistakes an manager has horrible customer service! Was a loyal customer, but mistakes an the rudeness of the employees an especially the manager is just to much to bear anymore.

I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Both stores have a 2400 address. Tried calling to get order cancelled but would not pick up phone. after trying for close to an hour I gave up. I had already paid and since nobody answered the phone I can’t get my money back! I will call there corporate office to get this straightened out.

I accidentally messed up my online order and immediately called the store to fix it. But no one answered the phone, it kept ringing and ringing. Finally someone picked it up and hung it up on me. I called back again no answer. When I got there to pick up my food I asked for a cars for the manager, the kid said he was the manager and he was busy helping other customers. There were 3 employees there when I arrived. I asked him his name and he refused to give it, said that if I had a problem to call customer support and asked me to leave. I’ll go somewhere else from now on I guess.

Ordered and paid online. Estimated delivery time was 7:14. Tracker said order was being quality checked for 45 minutes. I called after it was a half hour on being checked. Rude woman on phone said it was leaving right now. I asked if it had been sitting a half hour and she said, well, it’s on a warmer. I got the pizza 20 minutes layer. I live about 3 minutes from the dominoes. I won’t be ordering again.

Put in a carryout order, go in to pick up and it’s not ready. The gentleman at the register gives me the total for my order, I pay and he gives me change, no receipt. When my order is ready another man whom I assume is the manager asks me to pay….again. I state that I have already paid and he acts like I’m trying to steal the pizza, in broad daylight….in front of him. Here’s an idea….why don’t you give the customers receipts when they pay….so that you don’t have to accuse your customers of not paying? Seems like an easy fix. I wonder how many times he’s accused other customers of not paying? Very strange way of handling business, won’t be purchasing anything at this location again.

Order online and still had to wait 20 minutes after I arrived

I placed a delivery order by credit card and was told the food would be delivered in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I received a call from someone stating they were the manager to tell me that the person who took my order had accidentally voided my payment and so she needed my card number again. After verifying my order, I gave the card number and was told it would be another 45-50 minutes before the food would arrive. After I explained that I had been told 20 minutes and the food should have already been delivered, she said they would get it there as fast as they could. After another 30 minutes the food still hadn’t arrived, so I called back and was told they only have one driver in the mornings and it would take him longer than I was originally told. That would have been nice to know. I was also told they couldn’t give me a discount since I paid by card. They gave me a free pizza for a later order. Will likely not be using that offer.
