They wouldn’t let me go inside to pick up my pizza. Then I had to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes just so I could pick up my pizza they put the wrong toppings on. Then I waited another 10 minutes for them to remake one of my pizzas they messed up.

This was my first time at this location. Online I’m not even sure if there’s was a drive thru option but I choose pickup and declined curbside delivery. So when I arrive I expect to go in and pick up my food but instead I’m greeted with a locked door and broken doorbell. When I finally knock they direct me to the drive thru which dumps you into a pot hole ridden alley. This isn’t late at night, broad daylight decent hour. They could put up a sign letting people know, take pickup off the options, invest in fixing the alley so that cars aren’t torn up especially in the dark. The pizza was fine or there would be less stars.

Ordered online, app said order was ready so got in line at drive thru pick up window. When I got to the window a staff held their finger up acknowledging my presence however I sat and waited there for 15 minutes and their windowwas open. I saw 4 inside staff and heard laughing but no one bothered to hand me the food I had already paid for online. We ended up driving off because at this point we didn’t want the food that’s been sitting getting cold. Called store and told them this and to cancel the order and I’d never be coming back to their store.

26 Oct 2021 – Evening. Ordered pizza for my mom, after 2 hours she called to check on the order and the female employee hung up on her for no reason! She was just asking about the order and why it’s been 2 hours. The driver showed up about 30 minutes after that and she refused to accept the pizza. This store location just keeps getting worse and worse. At least they refunded her money. They also consistently double-charge her debit card and have to fix it. If I could give zero stars I could. Last time ordering from there.

Placed an order and was called immediately called back and they stated they were closing early because “nobody wants to work” how embarrassing for your company for your employees to state that over the phone. So we ordered a whole separate order from another dominos after being promised a refund immediately.. We still haven’t received the refund and it’s been a week so I called and explained and they hung up on me. ): you guys owe my husband and I almost $35 and after promised a refund, we got hung up on. I am so disappointed in how you guys are running this store. The disrespect, embarrassment, ect you guys put customers through is mind blowing.
