Don’t pay for extra cheese! You won’t get it!! This is the 5th or 6th time in a row that we’ve paid for it and not received it. I called the store to complain this evening and was told by the young man who answered the phone “I personally made that pizza and I know I put extra cheese on it”… This Domino’s Pizza location has gone down hill in the past several months. You can see straight through to the crust on this pizza.

At this location, they are on top of their game. I have ordered from them multiple times over the past 2 years, and it is always assembled and baked immediately. The toppings are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the customer service is amazing. I also think that the price is very reasonable for what you get. After ordering here and receiving dependable service each time, I’ve decided this is the only place I’m ordering pizza. Keep it up, Xenia Domino’s!

I really don’t think the manager Josh has a clue what he’s doing over there. The last two times we’ve ordered they’ve messed it up completely. Last time they forgot a pizza, our marinara sauces, Parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers. After calling them they brought us the Parmesan cheese and one sauce when we ordered several and forgot the pizza and crushed red peppers. This time they brought us 3 pizzas and Parmesan bread bites with absolutely no marinara sauce and then when I called he said he could add a 2 litter for the 2 Parmesan cheese they forgot and the 5 marinaras and the crushed red peppers, when the driver showed back up he brought two things of marinara a few things of crushed red peppers and informed me that his manager neglected to mention he was supposed to grab a 2 litter of coke that he offered and I even said it wasn’t necessary but he insisted over the phone. We didn’t order here for over two months for a reason and this was a prime example of why we won’t get dominos again. We paid for extra sauce to be added on to the pizzas and they are dry as can be. Sad that pour management has to ruin a place for you and your family.

Had the best pizza and wings (compared to last experience). Had a store credit and the manager did right by me. She filled the order herself and was just amazingly generous. My previous experience has taught me to go in and order and NOT rely on delivery.
