Delivery has been unsuccessful twice. Tried twice where it was never delivered. Tonight, when ordering the manager was nice and submitted a reorder and gave me a brownie, but the box was completely shaken as if the driver was upset at their error. Not ordering delivery again from here. By the time I got my items, the store was closed to submit concerns.

Ordered delivery. Order came wrong. It happens. Drove to said location and received a replacement pizza and free Parmigiano bites. They were delightful. Everyone rejoiced at the flavor power in those bites. Swimming in a sea of of their own juices and other garlic menagerie. The drive was full of smells, some pleasant and some not so familiar.

This location has gone down hill. I tried them again the other night after my son’s high-school graduation and was disappointed once again, i understand messing up an order every once in a while but this location does it all the time. I live very close to this location and drive to the other location down colerain just past galbraith. The other location is better, trust me it’s worth the drive to avoid being disappointed by this place.

This location is the worst. Pizza is always dry and looks like its been sitting longer than the pickup time. Don’t order hand tossed because your pizza will be as thin as paper. Special instructions mean nothing, because they don’t follow it. I have not seen this location use any gloves when making pizza. I was promised gift certificates for two pizza that had no taste, dry and very thin. As of today have not received it and it’s been over a week for a location that is less that 5 minutes away. Don’t think the person who called care, especially when I was told the time given online pretty much don’t go by it. It can be different than when they make the pizza. I believe him because I was give 15 minutes online, but when I got it, it look like it was sitting for at least a hour.

I’m happy I’m leaving. I’ve tried to give them a chance. This particular location, never gets my order right. Garlic knots, twists, parm bites, NEVER done. You know, it don’t matter how I look to others, but, you know, fire them. Because it’s vary apparent the training didn’t sink in. Ot close that location. But like I said, I’m literally leaving in a few days. So I won’t have to deal with this anymore.

They describe and offer 50% off online regular priced pizza’s and you order them online and you have to pay online, it says coupon applies and you get there and it doesn’t! They even(manager) see it on your phone and nothing they can do, you get an 800 number to fix it and its all automated, no help! Never again, be careful!

Worst Possible Experience! My husband ordered food around 930pm Tuesday 6/28. At about 1040, I texted my husband and ask didn’t he order pizza he said yes but hadn’t got a update. When he clicked it, it showed delivered, I asked my son to check the front and back door because he was already downstairs had they knocked or ring door bell we would’ve known. He found food delivered, it was beyond cold, the boxes were even soggy. I immediately called them and made my husband he didn’t get a call, text or notification of delivery or that it was even ready. My same son took the food back to dominoes where the driver argued with him about it was contactless delivery and they’re not required to ring doorbell or call. I don’t know about the contactless thing but that’s ridiculous how would someone know it’s delivered. They remade the food one was pepperoni and x cheese, other was chopped onion extra cheese, we ended up with a pepperoni/ cheese and sausage and cheese. I don’t eat this meat. I know it’s the employees but yeah consumers are fed up! I have breathing issues and can’t stand but lord this is way worse stressful.
