Ordered a little late and the lady on the phone was super respectful but then had an attitude in helping me with my order. The driver was super respectful tho. Had to wait almost an hour and a half on delivery plus food was barely warm ended up having to heat it up in the oven wasn’t the best pizza experience sad they only had one driver. The drinks were ice cold tho pizza was probably just sitting. Will be calling for a refund. You can’t just steal people’s money and give them whatever whenever. Them people there’s not gonna last long.

This dominoes used to be good.. I worked there years back. But the staff now is incompetent and lazy. Never pick up their phones. And if they do you’re on hold for a hour. You can never get a refund. I got a pizza and hoagie. The pizza was cold and you could tell it was just sitting. As it had grease under and above the box. My hoagie was not done. And the bread was hard as a rock. They dropped it off in front of my stairs. Instead of walking it up 5 stairs to my front door like I instructed. Don’t order from here. There is plenty of other pizza places close by.

I always order from this Domino’s being I live in the area. My experience has been horrible and I have refrained from putting in a review because I too work in a restaurant as a Manager and l know exactly how it feels to be on the receiving end of a complaint. Although we don’t get many. Tonight was the icing on the cake. It wasn’t just the mistake that was made on many orders, this order, but the way the staff handled things. I was kept on hold for an hour. I had to hang up and call back. Then someone answers and proceeds to have me on hold for another half hour. I call back numerous times because instead of answering they are just answering and then immediately hang up. I literally called back 30 times. I ordered 3 pizza’s and only needed one replaced. This has been a nightmare of an experience and if I owned or ran this store the entire staff would be fired! I refuse to return to this company for any reason. There is way to many pizza companies in my area with nicer employees. No need to waist my time paying for bad products and bad service. You should just shut this location down. FYI I only gave one star because I couldn’t give you zero.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Took twice as long as estimated for my pizza to be delivered. No one answers the store phones when I called to check on it and wanted to cancel my order. I reached out to the store about issues and they did not help at all– only referred me to call corporate. Horrible customer service I reached out to corporate last week, but still have not heard back. Will never order from here again.
