Absolutely love all their foods from pizzas to hoagies to breads and dips love it all!! They’re ALWAYS fast and reliable and let’s not forget the prices are unbeatable. I order here all the time and the one and only time I had any kind of issue out of the thousands times I’ve ordered there the issue was resolved immediately and to my satisfaction they are always polite and go the distance to make sure their customers get what they pay for and in a timely fashion!!

I order from this Dominos 1-4 times a month and they always have my order correct, made fast, hot, and staff is always pleasant. I always pick up at the window and have had no issues. Only one time did they make an item on the order wrong and promptly made the correct item with a smile!

We’ve always loved dominos pizza up until this point. was eating my pizza and found a hair and thought it was just coincidence so I kept eating…a few minutes later I spot 3 MORE hairs stuck in the pizza dough! It made my stomach turn and even tho they’ve made it right to give us a free pizza, I read another review about hair being in their pizza as well so I doubt we use it and order here again.

Food was “quality checked” over an HOUR before my food was delivered. I live less than 3 miles from the restaurant. Called to ask where the food was and was given unnecessary attitude from the jerk that answered the phone. This is not the first time this has happened from this store. Won’t happen again. I’m done ordering from this disaster of a pizza place! I would not recommend ordering from them unless you want to pay astronomical prices for food that’s done over an hour before it gets to you. Nothing like spending a bunch of money on COLD food. I 100% deserve a refund. Until then, I’ll just microwave my just delivered food so it’s at least warm…..

A dark brown hair kinda curly was in my pizza I threw both boxes of pizza away because that’s just nasty. I’m so disappointed. We order from you guys alot and our family is in town from Florida. And your company making me look bad. The pizzas were also cold. It’s whatever though I will not be ordering from y’all again.

I ordered in store then went outside to wait. I decided it was hot so I’d wait in my car and make a phone call and would run back in for my pizzas. I didn’t have to!!!! A sweet fella, named Kyle, brought them out to me!!!!! I want to give a shout out to him for being so kind and going above and beyond on customer service!!! I love our Batavia, Ohio Domino Pizza place. VERY clean and the most courteous staff.

Dominoes and I have a long history. When I was in nursing school at Christ hospital 1977-1980 they were the only company that delivered to our dorm. Domino’s was kept busy by the student nurses. Every time we order it’s something I always equate my dorm experience which was awesome. Fond fond memories! However last week, we ordered a pizza and I am telling you the truth it was the best pizza I’ve had had in too many years to count! We are in the midst of getting some of my dorm floor maids together and coming up with a movie night and guess what we are ordering for old time sake Domino’s Pizza! Everyone that I have texted/emailed think it is a fabulous idea. And it will be from the Batavia location! Thank you guys you are much appreciated and I wanted you to know the life long history for us. Thank you again!

I ordered carry out tonight about 30 minutes before close. When I arrived about 15 minutes later I was greeted by a crew of hard working people hustling away. They were polite, energetic, and having fun together as a team. The pizza was as good as you can expect from Domino’s. Crust was perfectly proofed. I only wish there was a place to leave a tip on the credit card receipt so that I could reward them for their hard work.
