They completely ruined my food. It’s not warm. The tots I’ve never had before and was excited to give it a try.. soggy and cold. It looks like the driver threw the boxes in his car before delivering them.. it took you guys over an hour to deliver it and it’s not even of quality. Great way to ruin my Friday night!

Your delivery, driver walked straight into my home, noticed my dog and continued to just leave the food on the floor inside my apartment, not pleased at all. He didn’t even say anything while entering or when he realized he was in someone else’s house also got the completely wrong food.

Today I had an amazing experience at Dominos. They made 21 pizzas for our church , for pastor appreciation day. The ones they made were amazing. I will be ordering from them alot more. Everything was fresh and delivered on time. Cant wait to do it again. Thank you all who helped to make this day amazing.

Ordered pizza today for our school. Called the order in first, so I could use my slice the price card. When I ordered the card they said you could order as many as you wanted. This is not the case. So, I ended up ordering online. Lunch is ready to be served but no pizzas. Checked my app, and they canceled my order!! No phone call. I tried to call the local store twice and it hangs up on you. So, I walked over to the store. One person working, no delivery driver and apparently, they have no working phones. Absolutely Ridiculous!!

I live in Ontario and I used to get delivered philly steak pizzas….one with no peppers and the other with no mushrooms and a order of stuffed cheese bread….for five years…and most recently about five or six months… used to give my address and my order would Pop up on the screen…the same order I would always order… never been a problem…well Saturday I was trying to order…well not only do I get reconnected to somebody at different stores… nobody delivers to Ontario..crestline says they never delivered to Ontario! Really?! Well tried to order for and hour…never get dominos again….went to leaning tower and spend my money!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

They just took my order,billed my card and then cancelled my order.every time I call it gets disconnected or goes n to a call center who transfer call and still gets disconnected

They do a great job. When I order my pizza well done they do it right. The one I used to order from in Mansfield couldn’t ever seem to get it right.

Ordered pizza at 1:49. Said order would be ready between 1:58 and 2:09. Go to pickup and staff members are outside smoking and say they are closing between 2-5 and they won’t have the order done. They “think” the money will go back on the charged credit card at the end of tonight. “Brooke” listed as the person prepping our order. Very POOR service.
