I ordered the cheddar cheese bacon tots and the 9-piece brownie. Although very thin, the brownie was delicious. The tots were burnt and cold to the point that neither the cheese nor the bacon could be tasted. The only taste was burnt everything. I spoke with Matt the manager who said he promised there was no way they were cold, and I told him all those around the edge were and the few in the center were only slightly warm. He again swore they couldn’t have been cold, so I asked why he didn’t just call me a liar. He offered to remake or credit, but I never want those disgusting tots again and told him I just wouldn’t be back.

Ordered online with a large 2 topping pizza, I put chicken and pineapple on it and then come to find out they put sausage and onions on it instead (check your pizza before leaving the store) when I called they said it was to late and all I get in return is a 10% off coupon when they are open for another 15 minutes

They took it upon themselves to charge my card for more money for A larger tip. When I went in to ask them why, they were nasty. I asked for A copy of the receipt, they went in the back. It took 10 minutes to get it. It was altered with A different time and prices for the pizza. Not even accurate. Horrible place. Not to mention the pizza was so gross, I threw it away. It’s been reported.

To the team at 4963 Darrow Road, Stow, OH – I’ve been meaning to acknowledge you for quite some time, but can stand by my words even more-so now based on the consistency of my experiences with your store. The quality of your preparations and service never falters whether picked up or delivered. I have Celiac Disease, and although your website has a clear warning for those of us with CD, I have never had a problem with cross-contamination or inaccuracies with my orders. The staff is led by a fantastic management team and it shows in the customer service received. Please keep up the great work!

Stow Domino’s did an amazing job!!!! The pizza looked AMAZING and it tasted just as good as it looked! It was delicious and you can tell they took their time making it! There was quick delivery and it was still hot! Perfect temperature and the driver was very polite and smiled! Thank you for a great job!

The food tastes great! But the Stow, Ohio store is not great at taking special orders. Their track record at making our bacon and jalapeño stuffed cheesy bread, hold the bacon, right is a little less than 50% over the last 6 months. Most of the time they still add the bacon. Today they omitted the bacon AND the jalapeños. We love the food and will continue to order from them because they offer to remake it or give us a free one with our next order. But today the person on the phone acted annoyed that we asked them to remake it. Like I said, the food tastes great. But they need to pay more attention to what they are doing.

Today was my first day ordering and this will definitely be my go to for future orders. I loved that when I ordered a specialty pizza and substituted toppings I was NOT charged more money! I ordered two pizzas, chicken wings and cinnamon twists. One and a half hours later, I was told my food was still there and that they were running behind. The guy I talked to was rude and couldn’t have cared less that I was paying over $30 for cold food that had been sitting in “quality check” for over an hour. I order pizza from this place almost every Friday for a few years. Never again.
