Terrible experience I had only 30$ to eat dinner today I ordered online and the order was successfully placed they advertise delivery was what I placed to a couple minutes later my order being canceled by Kristine instead of giving a call to let me kno that there was no driver no she simply canceled my order and I called and she said my money will be returned in 3 to 5 business days false delivery advertising my last $30 till Tusday guess I’ll go hungry today kristine. 0 starts for you!!!!

Pizza is always disgusting. Even when they try to make it well. The dough is not made right sometimes. This last order had a clear moist substance on it. I just called to see if they got my order, because it was taking an hour to make I was being very nice. They never responded to me and only said they were making online orders. It took them two hours to deliver it. Missing some of the order like usual. The delivery driver was nice though. I gave them a chance for years. After seeing my food getting tampered with I’m done. Hopefully they liked my generous tip. I’m erasing their app and never ordering there again. Good luck…

My wife ordered six pizzas for a work party qt her job. She called and hour and half early on a Wednesday evening. We were told 25 min to pick up. Gave them 30 min., went in to pick up and were told orporate call center did not place the order to them. My wife put in order again at $65.00. I walked out fuming. Told wait another 20 to 25 min! I called same ” corporate” number to complain and store manager picked up. He told me it was his store and apologized for inconvenience. Im tire of apologies for wrong orders, time wasted, money wasted, etc at. McD’s, BK, etc. These businesses plainly just DON’T care about us, their customers. Take us or …. No more business with franchise establishments. I’ll find a mom and pop shop and give them my money! Update: My wife came out of the store. We ordered three pepperoni, two sausage, and one cheese. We received six cheese. My wife was furious and complained same manager. He took $50.00 off, but who wants cheese pizza. We ended up at Rascal House $40.00 out the door. D Manager and co. Messed up order deliberately after my initial complaint or they are illiterate, uneducated fools who cannot even read a computer screen. Again, they don’t care.

Ordered pizza before and it was ok. Last time was undercooked. It was also first time ordering wings. They are wierd and spongy. My whole crew didn’t like them. The texture is just not like a normal wing. No thanks. The workers were nice. But the food is not good.
