We ordered food 4 hours ahead of time with Pickup set for 4:15pm. Arrived at 4:15 at the store and walked In to only be rudely greeted and then told the last pizza had t been cooked yet.

Tried to order a pizza for delivery at the hotel we’re staying at. They took the order, then called me back and said they don’t have any drivers for the rest of the night. Isn’t this what Domino’s does, delivery. We don’t have a car, that why we ordered a delivered pizza. Didn’t happen.

If you place an order online, pay for it, and IF it takes them longer to prepare than the original time listed, they will cancel it. I found out after I arrived. I understand being short staffed, but to cancel an order that is paid for is just a horrible way to do business. I would have waited an extra 10 minutes, but they made the decision for me. I will find a different place to support vs ever returning to this establishment.

Our delivery was surprisingly early and I was caught off gard. I accidentally dropped my pizza completely my fault. Paid guy and everything was perfect taste but tossed to my fault. We were not even done eating and the same driver was back in the drive with a replacement pizza. I was shocked. No need for this because It was totally my fault.. I’m blown away in today’s lack luster service no one wants to work and every one needs 12.plus minimum wage can’t get employees and average fast food is out of everything atmosphere. They have our business completely from here on out. Totally impressed by my local dominos. Thanks to my responsive driver and the manager who runs his business this way. You are a rare breed in today’s times. Thank you.

The manager at this place really knows how to treat people right. I ordered some pizzas for my friends and family helping me move Saturday and got a phone call from the store explaining how they were backed up and it would be later that they thought was acceptable. I told them no rush and they said they wouldn’t cook my pizza until the delivery team caught up. Our food arrived fresh and hot when it was delivered and they made our crew happy, exceptional services.

We’ve lived in Strongsville 37 years and have always had delivery. Now we find out Dominos will no longer deliver to our home in STRONGSVILLE!! Plenty of others that will. Sad and confusing. Still no delivery to 4 miles away in STRONGSVILLE! They can’t really call this a Strongsville Dominos.

First and last time ordering here. Took them 20 min to take an order. Said the delivery would be 35-45 min, 2 hours later no one showed up. Called and they said the delivery guy came back, did he not deliver? NO!!!! He did not deliver! Who knows if they will even refund my money! Hung up and immediately called Marco’s pizza. Took 2 min to place an order, delivery 25 min. DO NOT ORDER DOMINO’S!!! Worst, worst customer service!

Ordered at 9:10, arrived at 10:08. Was told 25-35 minutes for delivery. If it was going to be longer I would have appreciated a phone call. I was following the Dominos pizza tracker and it looked looked like they were checking my pizza for about 25 minutes before they decided to deliver. The pizzas showed up cold. Very disappointed. I ended up throwing them away. What a waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing.
