Ordered pickup. The staff was friendly and courteous when I arrived. When I got home I noticed there was some issues with my food. Manager called the same night and attempted to make it right. He was understanding and polite.

Gross!!! I have never lost my appetite so fast this is only my 2nd time ordering from Domino’s both times from this location and even though they are a new location and I try to be understanding this is just unacceptable. The manager tries to identify it by saying because it’s thin crust this happens. Which is just the unacceptable response. If you know this is a problem find the solution never happen the solution never had it at papa John’s or Pizza Hut

They are absolute trash…..they don’t care if the customer has a legit complaint. And the manager William over talks anybody who might challenge how an order was made. He is very rude and actual he is the one actually will argue with customers about something the people he is suppose to manage has messed up. We mines well keep giving our money to Willoughby. He has the nasty attitude and he doesn’t even understand or begin to comprehend what it actually means to provide someone with a service and manage people.

It’s cool during lunch/evening but not after 9pm. I waited 45 mins only for them to drop my food and have to remake it. so it took over an hour for a 15 min carryout. When wanting fast late night pizza just go extra 10 mins to willoughby area.

William is the worst manager ever rude is ordered my food and 1 hour 15 min showed him on my ph. He told me oh well pull out of line n order again after driving 39 min with my kids for this pizza very upset manager should be fired and said oh well its 10 o clock reorder again I said at this time it should be free he said no pull to the side and reorder my line long i can’t help u even after showing him where i ordered.

I’ll never go to this Domino’s again… Burnt pizza, no extra cheese I was told they sprinkle cheese on top when it’s done (I didn’t see it), meat on a veggie pizza…. I’m disappointed but not surprised this happens every time I order from this location…. Please do better!!

This store is amazing! They seem to be fully staffed with polite, competent people. I’m always surprised at how quickly my order is ready. It’s clean in the store and there are places to sit and eat your pizza there, which I didn’t even know Domino’s did.
