I previously had 5 stars but I’m changing it because I tried to make an online order at 11 it wouldn’t go through said I needed to call. Tried calling 3 times being on hold forever for no one to pick up it is still ringing as I write this and it’s now 11:50. It’s like they decided not to do anymore orders after 11pm when it says it closes at 12

I had a bad experience that involved a very rude employee. I was then shown extremely great customer service by the owner who reassured me that my patronage was valued. We worked out the misunderstanding, and he showed that he appreciated my business. I can honestly say that the ownership at this restaurant cares about both its reputation and the community it serves. Kudos to you for recognizing an issue and making right of a poor experience. I feel much better returning to this establishment now.

They wouldn’t honor a coupon yesterday that my daughter got from school because they were “too busy to accept any coupons”. Incredibly short and rude about it too. Last time we ordered we had to have them re-deliver because we never got it. Found out the next day they left it on the hood of our across the street neighbor’s car. Needless to say we’re done with the Twinsburg Domino’s. Plenty of better options in the area.

Pizza is good, delivery is usually quick. I gave 3 stars because they charge a 4 dollar delivery fee that doesn’t even go to the driver. That’s just really shady to use drivers to line the owner’s pockets. Plus they bury that info in the fine print, proving they know what they’re doing is wrong.

I placed a pick up order today around 2 pm. Pizza is good, no complains there. However, the service is not very professional, check out crew had a little attitude. Just get your order and don’t ask for anything extra, like bottle of coca cola. It might turn into an ordeal.

The Twinsburg Domino’s is awesome. The pizzas are perfectly cooked and the staff has been very friendly. They have even donated to the area school system to encourage reading. My kids love the pizza, and so do I.

On a Monday night when the website said it should be a 7 minute delivery time, it took them 2 hours to mark my order as delivered. Better yet, it wasn’t delivered. So I called the store and they said the delivery driver gave my order to someone else. They did not apologize and or reach out to me, I had to call them. On top of that, they didn’t not offer any compensation (coupons, free order, etc..) to make up for their poor service. He asked if I’d like them to remake the order and I asked if I would be prioritized for delivery considering I had already waited 2 hours and not received my order. He said I would not be prioritized and that he couldn’t give me an estimated time for my delivery which obviously gave me no more confidence in the stores ability to do their job.
