While the pizza and sub arrived hot and on time, it all tasted inexplicably bad. On top of this, the pizza had incorrect toppings, and the sub was very dry and had black/burnt salami. My whole order is in the trash. What a waste of money! I’m disappointed and hungry. ☹️

If you opt for window pickup from this location, I suggest you that make your payment online. I’ve noticed that teenage employees added tip without prior authorization if you provide your credit card at the window. Always ask for a credit card receipt!

One star is generous. I ordered from this location and the pickup time was 5:14. I pulled in at 5:15 and my online tracker said the pizza was ready. I had two sleeping babies so I went to the pickup window. After about 10 minutes someone comes to the window and says what’s the name, I told them and they disappeared. About 10 mins later I finally get the attention of someone and once again am asked for my name and the disappears. I proceed to knock on the window and call the store and all ignored. I see at least 6 different people working in there and multiple people keep walking but and ignoring me. Finally at 546 I am over it and leave. I call the store and finally they pick up. I ask for the manager and am told the general manager isn’t there but I can talk to the assistant or manager on duty. I explained what happened and that I wouldn’t even be mad if my pizza was late but I didn’t like being ignored and not at least told. I have had late pizza here before but they were always apologetic which makes it better. He never apologized at all and was arrogant the whole time. At the end of me explaining he said why didn’t you call the store and what was your name, I can cancel your order. I told him I did call the store and no one answered. He said that wasn’t true because he answered all the calls all night. After looking up my order he had the nerve to say “wait you are calling to complain about an $8 pizza”. At that point I had had it, I said I wasn’t talking to him anymore and asked for the mangers name and he gets real aggressive and says you aren’t going to talk to me that way! I have never experienced something quite like this in my life. His name is ASHTON. I can’t even put into words how rude he was. I would never visit this dominos again. People don’t deserve to be treated like that.

Made an order and their tracker said it was delivered after it was”done” for 40 minutes. But I still was waiting for my pizza for another half hour. And then I get a completely cold pizza and they didn’t even give me my extra marinara sauce I paid for. Then while on the phone with the manager she offered a credit for $20 but wouldn’t correct the pizza and redeliver a hot fresh pizza and then hung up on me. Needless to say this store is horrible and needs restated with people who will do the job right and in a friendly manner.

Ordered online from the Mentor Domino’s and the pizza was delivered on time an hot. Unfortunately instead of getting the extra cup of icing we purchased for our cinnamon twists we got no, none, zero icing cups. We also discovered that one of the pizzas was uncut. I called to share this feedback with the manager, and the kid who answered the phone claimed to be the manager. He listened to my feedback, then he said “okay” and hung up. Quality control and customer service needs work.

A $20 minimum on delivery orders!! I used a coupon and therefore could get my lunch order delivered. Don’t have time to leave for lunch. Won’t be ordering from Domino’s ever. It’s a shame too I always double tip my drivers, one on the card plus a cash tip when the driver arrives.

Holy smokes. I ordered online and used the tracker. Tracker said my pizza left the building and will be at my house in 10 minutes. Don’t even know if the pizza was good. After 1.5 hours I called the store and told them to cancel the order. As I was asking them to refund my money the guy pulled up with my pizzas and I told him to take them back to the store.

I have meetings with my crew leads every Friday night, 4 of the last 5 weeks we’ve ordered Dominos from the Center Street location with terrible success. First week the pizza was 30 minutes late from an online order that I placed 1.5 hours in advance, manager said “didn’t know it was a timed order”. Pizza obviously no longer hot or even warm for that matter. Second week it was 40 minutes late, when I called to find out why it was late they said the driver got stuck in the snow in a driveway. It wasn’t even snowing that day. Third week it was 20 minute late, the driver did not read the notes I put in the order and I had to walk across a 500,000 sq foot warehouse to get to the door they were parked at. Fourth week we ordered from a local place and they delivered a hot pizza earlier than promised. Today was the final straw. Tried Dominos again, over 30 minutes late. Manager says the driver got in an accident and the manager was going to pick it up and bring it. 10 minutes later the manager calls back saying the police won’t let them get the pizza from the driver. Was the pizza an eye witness to the accident??? Then we were told it would be 2 hours to get a replacement to which we said no thanks cancel the order.
