Normally we like them, but this time starting with the call to order because online doesn’t let you order specifically, we were told to talk to them direct because we have an order they couldn’t “understand” only to be told by the guy who answered he could not help me and didn’t know why they put me through to him. So, I ended up ordering online, the choice we made was the steak sandwich and a small pizza. The sandwiches were nothing but burned cheese with what looked like one slice of steakum crumbled up and layer in the middle of the bun, and the pizza was one of their new ones that had hardly nothing on it although it was supposed to be “loaded” needless to say we will not be doing business with Broadway location again, however we will give Amherst a try next time.

Worst place ever. I worked there for like two weeks. The ppl are not friendly at all. When you get hired your supposed to be taught how to do things. Not just thrown in and then told u did that wrong and not even showing what you did wrong. Something to be said about management. Plus when a mistake is made they will leave it sit until someone orders that and throw it in the oven. That’s just nasty. I will never eat at or work for a company like this one ever again.

I walked into Domino’s and the lady behind the counter told me I couldn’t have a dog in there. I informed her my dog is a service dog. She wanted to see my “tag”? I told her I did not have a tag. I am not from Ohio no clue what she was talking about. She said for me to leave. I went back to my vehicle with her yelling about how she has a service dog and mine was not. I did have some id in the car which I took back on. She violated the law. Here is the law. may ask: (a) If the animal is required because of a disability and; (b) What work or task the animal has been trained to perform. (2) CSU cannot require documentation, such as proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal. I wanted to warn others of this place. Unless you are looking to file a lawsuit I probably would not go here.

Pizza was made just as ordered and we used 1/2 off promotional code so price was wonderful. Looked great and arrived with friendly drivers and they were quite polite. No issues. Had to call the store and the young lady answering the phone was quick with response and very polite as well.

I’ve had domino’s plenty of times before but never from this location We had 2 medium pizzas, marbled cookie brownie and stuffed cheesy bread. The pizza was disgusting.. family took a few bites then pizza went straight in the trash and there are 5 of us who all didn’t like it. We will never order from here again.

Two times now. I’m five minutes away driver has my food and drives around with it for 35 minutes before they get here. Why not make it ready later since he has to pass by the pizza shop anyhow so I don’t get cold hard pizza.

This is the worst Domino’s I have ever been to In My Life I ordered a supreme thin crust pizza with extra cheese there is no extra cheese the pizza was thrown all over the box it’s cold and I called the store and I tell the girl that answers the phone that I was angry Customer because my pieces not the way it should have been eating when I paid almost $28 for this thing I get told that I need to talk to a manager she’s just crew so I wait and wait and wait no manager so I hang up I call back when I call back I get told he’s too busy talking on the phone with another manager about the root customer which would be me I will blast the store big time the worst customer service never been spoken to like that ever in my life

This is supposed to be the spinach and feta pizza and it’s horrible I can’t even pick it up I’ve had it before and it was amazing the other pizza doesn’t even have any sauce on it looks like it was out of a squirt bottle.
