We ordered online and were given an estimated wait time of about 1 hour. After an hour and a half, our order was still in the “preparing” stage so we called to ask for an update. We were told it would be at least ANOTHER hour and a half, putting it at 3 hours past the time of the order. We cancelled, ordered Papa John’s, and had our pizza from them in under 30 minutes.

Rarely am i disappointed with pizza and wings, but this time i hate to say i definitely was. We ordered 2 pizzas, 14 wings and garlic twists online and upon arrival i was told rather disrespectfully that my wings had been given away, or never prepared. So after waiting another 10 minutes for the wings the pizzas had gotten cold (which ok ill just warm up when i get home) but upon trying my wings at home they were totally undercooked and nothing but chewy. Total waste of an hour of my time and 35$
