Disappointing when you get home and see that the Parmesan Bread Bites you ordered have no butter or parmesan on them and are just straight dough. And the pizza looks undercooked. Normally a good shop so they must have someone new or are short staffed/rushing too fast.

Ordered a carry out order. Arrived at the store 40 minutes later for pick up. Was told it would be another 20 minutes. Sat in my car for 20 minutes. Walked back into store to pick up order. Staff looked high and low for my order for about 5 minutes. Was told they don’t know where it is, maybe a driver took it. Great. So it will be delivered? No. No it won’t. Sorry. We can remake it for you. No thanks. Ok, here’s a refund for the exact amount you paid. No coupon. No gift card. No offer to deliver the “lost” order once it was remade. Nothing. Wasted over an hour of my day and still have to figure out what the family is having for dinner. I will never order from Dominos again.

This has been the second time ordering at this Dominos and both experience’s were not satisfactory. My recent order took over an hour and ten minutes, the pizza was warm and not fresh. The delivery driver did apologize for the delay and was professional. I wi not be ordering from this location in the future.

First time ordering Domino’s. I arrived in the pickup window and they couldn’t find the wings anywhere. They couldn’t have been more slow for a Friday by the way… but they put some wings in the oven for the order. By the time I got home with the pizzas and wings (8 min drive) everything was cold (including the wings? Not sure how.) On top of that, one of the pizzas was not even correct. AVOID this location (or chain? Idk.)

I bought the slice the price card for a fundraiser, thinking how great of a deal it was for a BOGO Large pizza. The first time I used the card, I got the wrong order and had to walk back in and tell them they gave me the wrong pizza and the lady looked at me like I was crazy until she opened the pizza and saw for herself. The next time, I ordered over the phone, went back through the order with her to make sure it was 1 large original crust bacon, and 1 large thin crust banana pepper. To my surprise, I got a Large Thin crust pepperoni and a thick crust Banana pepper. I called to say they made both pizzas wrong, and was told “that’s not what was on the receipt.” Will probably just give the card to another family member to have them try their luck. Train your employees better.

Called for pick up, when showed up at time given by the restaurant the order was no where to be found, it had never been printed and not even started. When I asked if the order they were making was mine they lied and and said no when in fact it was. They were tryin to give me someone else’s order that was similar but not exactly the same. I wouldn’t have been half as upset if they hadn’t lied to me and said yes it was my order
