If I could give 0 I would. Sadly is seems to be a problem contained specifically to this store. We moved to Perrysburg 2 years ago and never had the terrible customer service nor cold and inconsistent food from our former Dominos. At the prices they charge and size of portions they offer having well prepared and correct orders would keep customers coming back over and over. I however will no longer be one after multiple times of wrong orders and poor customer service. Terribly disappointing.

Haven’t had Dominos in a long time… had a large hand tossed delux with extra sauce, a thin crust veggie, and the bacon jalapeño bread sticks. I must say, everything was delicious!!! Thank you Dominos Pburg!!

Ordered a thin crust, light sauce with no cheese. Every piece was this dark, literally hardly any sauce at all. Couldn’t eat most of it. Hard as a cracker. Shouldn’t put out pizza like this, just remake it and do it right. Note: picture even makes it look more edible than it was.

We ordered twice in 2 weeks, each time two pizzas. The first time everything was great, the spinach feta and chicken bacon toppings were instant hits. We live very close to the outlet, and so went to pick it up the first time. The second time it was a delivery order. Same items, both terrible. The pizzas were burnt very badly. I am not sure how anyone would take it out of oven and pack it for delivery. There was barely any cheese there. It was embarrassing for me because I had a guest. Same place, same order, totally opposite experiences. I do not recommend this place.

Ordered hand tossed pizzas. Barely any sauce- super dry, was very thin. Same with the cheese- barely enough to cover. It’s like they went minimal on all ingredients. Won’t order again. Cheesy bread was decent.

Don’t order Buffalo sauce. They never put it on. Also their “quality checks” can leave your pizza under the heat light for over a half an hour even on slow days. Better to just avoid this place all together.

Multiple mistakes made on my carryout order. Politely Called in after getting home and noticed order was incorrect. Young lady was extremely rude on the phone and basically hung up on me. I understand being potentially short staffed and that mistakes are made but I can’t forgive poor attitude
