Liars! Orders a $80 order, took FOREVER to be delivered! They forgot my bbq sauce and 2 liters. I called and they said the would bring it back out, I ask how long, 20 minutes, the house I ordered from was 5 mins away. I said to refund the amount and they said they would have to run the card again and create a new order and refund the other taking 7 to 10 days to credit back. She then said I can give you a $20 credit for your next order. I went with that. Fast forward 3 weeks, wife calls for next order and wouldn’t you know it no one know about the $20 credit. What a bunch of low life’s.! Thank God dominos isn’t the only pizza joint in town. I’ll never order again. The long wait times is terrible enough then to get ripped off, trash!

Not the best experience and we order from here all the time. I placed my order at 5:26, there was no movement on the dominos tracker for 25 minutes. When I tried to call in the check on the status of my order, I sat through the hold intro message and I was hung up on – never talked to an employee. They also forgot something in my order and had to go back to get it. I can deal with them being 15 min over the latest estimated time but I didn’t appreciate being hung up on.

I haven’t had food delivered to my house ever. I just pick it up, but that wasn’t an option tonight. I ordered online, and they had it here within 20 minutes and it was all correct, even the extra 6 sauces my daughter had to have. The delivery guy was Anthony and he was very prompt and polite. I’ve ordered from the Dominos on Lockbourne 3 times now. We have done carry out every time. Customer service is always very nice, and the pizza is always good. Love their crust! Rated 4 stars only because the access to their driveway into the parking lot has so many potholes its almost hard to get in without damaging your car, hope they fix it soon.

Food was as good as expected but the manager is rude and very unprofessional for no reason other than she just don’t want to be bothered by customers they should not encourage pick up at this location. the restaurant was a complete mess she needs to work alone customer service skills well she don’t have any! Get a new job your the worst person I have ever dealt with at any establishment! Don’t know her name but short with blonde hair and works late. I wouldn’t recommend ordering pickup after 5pm you will have smart a** comments the whole time your in there. I don’t know if she was just showing off for her bf or just mad he don’t work and she does. I wish I wouldn’t of tipped I think I’m gonna get it refunded. I am giving 5 stars now they changed management for night shift and are very perffesional and great food quality and customer service the new staff really have stepped it up good job guys and gals

I ordered a pizza today at 5:45pm est, half bbq and half pepperoni. Dominos said it would arrive between 6-6:30pm. The pizza arived at 7pm EST and half the pizza was burnt (picture attached). That said, I called Dominos back and spoke with the manager Josh (on a recorded line). I let him know i was upset because I waited over an hour for a pizza and it arrived burnt. Initially he said he would send us a new pizza but I expressed my dissapointment further and then he said because I gave him an attitude and was upset he will no longer send me a new pizza or refund me. That said, josh and this company is extremely petty, unprofessional and I’m dissapointed with the fact that Josh and his company won’t take accountability for selling us a burnt pizza and fix the mess they made. Very unprofessional and I will not be ordering here again.
