Time and Time again, we give this restaurant a chance and they fail. The pan pizza always taste dry as they put very little sauce on it. This time we asked for extra sauce but when we started eating, there was no extra sauce. They can’t even follow a simple request. I worked for a Pizza Hut restaurant for 5 years and I know how the pizza should taste and this isn’t it. We won’t be back.

We ordered pizza last month and they had a special where you get a discount if you order two medium pizzas. We had ordered sausage as one of the meats and when it arrived, the sausage was so scant that you needed a magnifying glass to see it. In fact, after counting, there was only small piece of sausage per piece and some didn’t even have any. We called them the next day to complain and they said they would do better. We ordered pizza today and this time the pizza arrived, but it was incredibly dry. It looked like that plastic vinyl pizza you see in kids play kitchens like they were afraid to put some sauce on it. There goes another day of wasted money! Disappointed once again.

Domino’s has been checking almost all of the boxes recently. Our pizza had some kind of butter on the crust, the garlic bites were amazing. Quick delivery with a polite driver. The only criticism I could think of is the topping placement and volume of ingredients is off. A pepperoni pizza with mushrooms resulted in 1 tiny piece of mushroom on each slice. The pepperonis low volume but stacked 3-4 high. That would be fine but with the stack being so thick the pizza was a little undercooked. But I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t delicious. Even better the second day. Domino’s is definetly underrated for how good they are.

I switched to Domino’s when I moved to Marysville after having a horrible experience with Pizza Hut lying to me and failing to delivery my order. Glad I did! I’ve ordered roughly once a week from this local Domino’s and I always get quick delivery (doesn’t hurt I live fairly close to the store) and friendly drivers. I’ve read past reviews, and I wanted to add my recent (last 6 months) experience, and I am glad I ignored the past poor reviews, I think the owner has changed since then, and its much improved from what past reviewers have stated.

I don’t know if the store is the problem or if it is just the website or they need more delivery drivers! I don’t know what has been going on with Domino’s because they’ve always been great but I would say that the past 6 times we have ordered from there, they’re not even delivering. I was told today to either come and pick up my order or cancel it. If this is the case then people need to be made aware when ordering online. 9 times out of 10, this is what happens. You can order delivery online and then have to cancel. And I want everyone to know that I waited after several orders to write a review to see if this is still the case. We love Domino’s and the variety and quality. They’re one of the better shops in town. *Edit: Pizza arrived this evening in a decent time but are burnt to a crisp!

The place was super busy. The employees were working their butts off. The pizza was good, but the 5 cheese dip with garlic rolls was very disappointing. The dip was burnt and the rolls were a bit under cooked. So I guess together it was perfect .
