Quality is improving, good customer service. Everyone is always so helpful. Answer any questions I have and always willing to make it right. Fridays and saturdays seem super busy but they are short staffed yet handle it well. A little patience from us as customers goes a long way. Hats off to the new owners and management for bringing quality and customer service back up! The team here seems to be working like a well oiled machine. Keep up the hard work!

Waited 15 minutes past the wait time they gave us for delivery and after no one had shown up yet, I tried calling to see if there was a problem only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. Was over an hour after my order was placed that it finally went out for delivery. I’ve worked customer service for years so I’m understanding to an extent, but the lack of customer service skills in this establishment is appalling. It should be communicated to customers when the delivery time you give them is changed and customers should not be on hold for 10 minutes.

New owners new management working on new team this store is doing a complete 360 spin if you have not tried it within the last couple months I highly recommend stopping in Kristina is always super nice working super hard fridays and saturdays evenings can be a little crazy as they are short staffed and have lots of customers and big orders but for the hand their dealt they handle it very well I’m very impressed with the General manager and her lead assistant they are what this store needed they make sure I am very pleased with my order if the assistant couldn’t answer my questions he instantly went and grabbed Kristina who could thank you for all your hard work

Unfortunately, they are very under staffed and now outsource their phone orders. It is difficult to get any resolution to any issues when you can’t call the store directly. No blame on the staff they did what they could. There were only 2 people in the store. Owners need to figure out their retention problem. Pay a real living wage, and you might be able to have a full staff.

Nice that at times you can still find great customer service at a fast serve restaurant. Christina and her crew did a fantastic job with our timed order this past holiday weekend. Large sized order was complete, cooked well and what was needed as far as napkins, plates, cups, sauces were provided and very helpful for our larger size party. All in all a nice change of pace from the all too usual disappointing food and service common today.
