Horrible. 7/14/2023 phone put off the hook and no answering since 4:00 pm today. Its now 7:00pm! can’t deliver anything on time even when order is placed 10 HOURS before hand. Place is a joke. Stay away, STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Papa Johns it is for now on.

Waited 4 hours for my food which was never delivered. After 2 hours I called every 30 minutes. The manager kept saying she’s new it’s on its way. After 4 hours he said she left an hour ago with it. They tried calling her 3 times. She would not answer. So he said he refunded my money which I still have not received. Then said I get a large for free. So I ordered it today. Went to pick it up so I didn’t have a delivery fee. I went to pick it up. Skinny white guy with ponytail was rude. I asked 4 times if it was ready. He was rude. And no pizza

We went back to Domino’s just to try out their new dips, and they were not too bad. We had two different kinds and both of them were pretty good one was a marinara with cheese, the other was just like hell I don’t remember some kind of cheese thing but it was good. The pizza from Domino’s is always consistent, so if you’d like Domino’s Pizza you’re going to like this location. All in all it was a good experience so I can’t complain. But then again I might now I’m just kidding I’m not going to complain at all. It was a pretty good experience.

We ordered our pizzas about 30 minutes before closing time. Our pizzas were ready, hot, and made correctly when I arrived right at closing time to pick them up. I was quite pleased with this location, considering the timing of my order. I definitely recommend this location if you love good pizza and good service. Thanks Domino’s!

My 1st time ordering from Dominos here in Henderson that was closest to me. Thought we’d give them a try after tired of our normal place of competition. Anywho online ordering was easy. Driver Ethan was nice, but our 3 medium pizzas were not good at all. The pizzas were so dry and overdone. We had to add shredded cheese and microwave for a bit of moisture. We got thin crust yes it was crunchy but the pizza itself was dry and disappointing. Back to who we started with!

The guy at the counter was an total d!ck about my order. I asked why specifically he lied to me about when my pizza would be ready. He answer consisted of him saying “Would you like me to cancel your order” repeatedly and trying to talk over my questions.

Placed my order at 5:51, was in quality check at 6:02. It then proceeded to sit there for an hour. I called the store twice for an update and got the standard “Your the next one for delivery” that was at 6:40. Pizza finally got here at 7:05 and guess what? It’s cold, like ice cold. When I called for a third time to speak with the manager, she couldn’t be bothered to come to the phone. I’ll take my business elsewhere since this location clearly lacks in customer service.
