I live about 40 minutes away. Normally my pizzas are amazing. But this evening my small pizza that I always get only had toppings mainly in the middle. Maybe a table spoon of meat on part and all my green peppers where in the middle not spread out. The cheese was so light my toppings barely stayed on the pizza. I really love Domino’s pizza hopefully someone was just having a bad day.

Most days I have a good experience, today, not so good. Pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Service was very poor. Ordered a little after 10pm and the app said pizza was being made at 10:05. At 10:15 the app said the pizza was still being made so I walked in to check on it. The girl lied and said it was in the oven, 10 more minutes and it will be done. A few minutes later the app said it was in the oven. I have ordered a lot of pizzas and from start to finish it takes 13 minutes, I didn’t get my order until 29 minutes later. If the store was slammed busy I could understand but there were only 3 orders on the board. The 5 or 6 employees in the store were too busy socializing and having fun with each other to do the one thing they are there to do. I’m sure next time it will be great, but Store Owner, if this happens again I will take my business somewhere else.

My experience at this location has me completely turned off from Ever Getting dominoes again in the near time future, my kids could have prepared a better meal then what they gave me. Just cuz I asked for extra pepperoni does not mean put the whole package on there so when it Cooks there’s so much grease that soaks into the pizza it doesn’t even cook right. so the middle of the pizza was all doughy, The garlic knots were swimming in butter and oil. let’s just say I’m never going back here again. This is just the food we’re talking about I haven’t even begun to talk about the service I received.

How are they even in business? The employees are rude, and got mad when I called to see why it’s been 2 hours and no pizza and I wasn’t rude to them. I would suggest going somewhere else before dealing with this store

The guy answering the phones was rude on the phone with my wife. Usually, I write it off to being busy but accused HER of being rude when she asked for his name as a scare tactic to maybe check his attitude. He never gave the name and complaining to MGMT probably won’t do anything because there probably is not way to track who answered a phone. I guess a review would be the next best thing.
