This location needs a better system when it comes to online pick up orders. Even thought the app gives you a pick up estimated time, this location waits until you arrive in store to put your order in the oven. The communication needs great improvement. I asked if it was going to take long and was told not at all. I even stated if it was going to take 15-20 to just let me know and I was fine with cancelling my order since it wasn’t in the oven yet. The registration lady said not at all it would only take about 10 minutes. Which ended up being 20 minutes. The store seems a chaotic, I wasn’t even sure who the manager was however it seems like there was no leadership in this store. Everyone was kind of all over the place when their should be a manager in place to help things run a lot smoother.

Ordered Dominos for the first time in a while. It tasted good, staff was friendly, the one guy cooking was quick. The reason for 2 stars is because I ordered two chicken sandwiches and each sandwich maybe has 3 tiny pieces of chicken. It was just buffalo cheese bread. The pizzas were good but topping amount has really gone down. Shrinkflation!

I order from here often, this particular pizza is ok at best, burned cheese and cold ham…plus online says come in but you can’t (which is fine with me) tried to advise employees what it said online just in case they have issues with another customer and was treated like I was bothering them. The customer service could stand a boost as well. Not sure if service is down due to covid but if I keep getting this kind of service I’ll go to another location.

Done ordering from here. I placed an order at 4pm for delivery. My order left the store at 426. At 526 my order still had not arrived. Called the store and the girl put me on hold to find out where my order was. After 10 min I was told that Brandon will be delivering my order shortly. They would not cancel my order since it already left. So finally at 542 my order arrived. I live 10 minutes away at worst. Then not only was it warm but they didn’t even bother to cut it. Smh nobody came to work today I guess

Ordered 3 pizzas at 5.99 each, and then the bread and cheese dip, which was 7.99. All of the pizzas were fine, but this “cheese dip” wasn’t even deep enough to stick any type of utensil in. We literally SCRAPED it off of the bottom of the pan. I paid more for this dip than I did for a whole two topping pizza. You can’t leave a review on Facebook which makes one go “hmm”. I can probably assume why that’s turned off. I should have just ordered the bread knots and paid less… People don’t take pride on their work anymore. It’s sad.

Great Job . Now please take your employees and maybe they can train the Stonehenge Domino’s on how to have good customer service skills and how not to argue with customers or hang up on them or call them liars. And also train them to take take enough change for a $20 like they claim to do anyway but don’t and then they think they are entitled to the change as a tip even though I said no they did not return my 5$ but they did lie to me 2 times I ask where the driver was with my change they promised they were on the way all the way up till closing time when the manager or so called manager said we can’t you have to pick it up and then when I asked about it on another date they acted stupid like they didn’t owe me anything. So they are thief’s and liars point blank. But y’all are not so everyone go to this location I would never ever go to Stonehenge I am serious. But this location is great !!!!!!
