I love my Murray, KY Domino’s Pizza. They make an excellent pie. The only thing I do not like is that I have to order online. If the online coupon is good for a 3 topping large, then why can I not get this same deal on the phone by calling in my order??? Other than that…great service.

They keep you on hold for way longer than necessary and seem to forget about you. I found small rice looking eggs on my pizza. Waited to talk to a manager for over 10 minutes on hold! Ridiculous establishment. When I brought in the pizza exactly as I received it the manager dismissed my concerns as tho I was crazy. I didn’t care if I got a refund a new pizza would have been sufficient seeing as I can’t afford to get sick. Sad to say I had to throw my entire pizza out. With gas prices now I went without anything last night. I will be reporting to the BBB and will no longer get my dominoes from this location.

Not the best service I’ve ever had, that’s for sure. First I had to order through the automated service and was told I couldn’t order that much for pickup and pay with cash, had to be on a credit card. So it transferred me to Murray’s Domino’s where I had to reorder. The women taking the order had to go over the order several times just to get it right. She was not listening to me. At this point I was getting irritated. I had to pay with my credit card, which I was not really wanting to do, but ok. Glad I could pay that way. Next time, if I only have cash, I will be going to some other restaurant instead. Very frustrating to have to order through automation in the first place, but then to have to repeat the order five different times to a human just to get it right is just extremely poor customer service.
