We ordered and paid for a large pizza with extra cheese. We received a medium with little to no cheese. We have been on hold for 35 minutes with the store at Pimlico Parkway in Lexington KY trying to get a replacement.

Food was delicious, but that is expected for a chain like Domino’s. The low stars are due to poor/ slow service. The dude at the counter was hard to communicate with, and well, after the estimated time and the screen saying my pizza was done, they did not call my name or bring it to me. I had to ask, and I saw it done on the rack, which they grabbed later but told me it was not done multiple times first.

This Dominos is awesome! I order from here quite frequently and always last minute to take pizza to the pool with all my family. Zachary is the best and always has a smile on his face when you pickup your pizzas. He starts your order as soon as you place it online- fast and efficient. My orders from here are always correct. Just overall superb customer service and their pizza especially the bbq chk pizza is the greatest!

Dominos has worst customer service. Very rudeManager. Drivers are smart@ss. Usually late and cold pizza, Donato’s is much better pizza anyway. And their drivers are not thugs with an attitude. And Donato’s will get your pizza to you on time. Dominos sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my local dominoes so most of the ye I’ll go and pick up my own food. The prices are silly when wanting a delivery,they charge a delivery charge of over $5 which is real steep, that’s before tip. I will budget for $20 for a meal at domino’s and what gets under my skin is if I want delivery I better only order one sandwich to make under $20 cut.. the delivery charge takes the other half. I live 3 mins away.. I go pick up my own food means I cam actually get more than one option.. this problem needs addressing.

This location is sometimes confused or makes the order wrong. But they generally fix it. Seems like training in procedures is lacking and seems like ton of turnover in staffed here. Somewhat made up, by the staff at least wanting to try to do the right thing. Just limited when they don’t actually know how.

This is exactly how my kids pizza looked when I opened the box. Plus it was cold. Domino’s Pimlico parkway. I call and tell them… Tony proceeds to tell me. That there’s no way it was cold because it came straight out the oven to me. Forgetting that he talked to me about 20 minutes before and told me my pizza was sitting on the rack waiting for the driver to get back and deliver it. SHAME ON YOU TONY FOR TRYING TO LIE TO ME!

Ordered food a little after 630, food arrived at 730, my order was wrong so I call and simply said what was wrong with my order, no problem, order redone and didn’t arrived till almost 9pm. Food was cold and dried out and the sandwich wasn’t made correctly. Domino’s has always done good but this time was a complete failure.
