Domino’s in Hamburg, and I presume everywhere, delivers to the farthest out address first then works their way back to the store and delivers to the closest address, to the store last. Thus after the food is out of the oven for 25 minutes, and you add on a 35-45 minute delivery wait, you have cold to lukewarm food. Not all of it heats up well. The only thing they have to offer in compensation for a 50 dollar order is a free $6.99 pizza. Wow! You don’t get it for free delivery. You still have to pay the outrageous delivery fee. None of the tip you had to put out with the assumption of timely delivery. No compensation for the cold chicken, warm drinks, or the cold potatoes. That’s all on you because you trusted them.

Told us to leave as we pulled up at 1015 pm…with an open sign in the window ..and suggested we use delivery …so we went to Old Chicago and got real pizza. If he hasn’t been rude about it..that woulda been different. A good mgr would have been professional.

Very disappointed, as I love Dominos thin pizza! When I picked up my pizza, it was not made correctly and counter person was rude and said it couldn’t be made the way I requested, which is wrong. I have had many pizzas from Dominos made correctly with pepperoni under cheese. Even when I placed order I asked if they could make my pizza my way and then repeated two more times to make sure they could do it that way. The person said yes, no problem. I had more of an issue with the rudeness as I did my pizza not being correct. The counter lady didn’t apologize, just said they couldn’t make it my way. Well if you can’t make it my way, I have a choice to go somewhere else. Come on Dominos , you’re better than this! Very disappointing!

Sorriest pizza place in Lexington, First off never got a delivery order from this location, had to cancel. Then a week later I thought I’ll give them another chance so I did a carry out order, After placing order I waited 30 minutes before I arrived to the store, when I got there said it would be 5 more minutes or so, 45 minutes later, I asked what was going on and they still hadn’t made anything for me, I then ask for a refund. This is the worst pizza place in town, will never order from them again.

Placed an order at 4:49 PM on 11/22/22. Delivery time 50-60 minutes. Okay. Called the store at 6:04 PM because order had not been delivered. Employee was nice and said they were running late. Okay. So it’s 6:48 PM, still no order. Call the store and speak with same employee who said there had been an accident on the roadway and some roads were blocked. Okay. I’ve lived in Lexington long enough to know there are other routes a driver could take. 7:30 PM, I call store to ask about my order, different employee answered and said there had been an accident and I informed the employee that wasn’t my problem and she screamed in my ear, “it’s not my problem either” and slammed the phone down. I was going to ask for a refund, because let’s face it after two and half hours my order would not be worth eating. I’ve ordered from this location for years and the only reason I ordered today was because of the email, “This order was not what we hoped for and let us make it up to,” which I had received from a previous order that wasn’t satisfactory. Tonight, I also received another one those emails. Go figure. It’s going on 8 PM now and I’ve never been SO dissatisfied with Dominos Pizza EVER!! Needless, to say, avoid this location. I will NEVER order from Dominos Pizza again and if you’re smart, you won’t either. Oh and by the way, still didn’t get my order as of now 8:01 PM. I am definitely going to DEMAND a refund!

Was not a good experience at all. The pizza was cold and the crust was burnt the breadsticks were fresh but not hot and the chicken wings were cold and disgusting. I waited for almost 2 hours for the delivery and it was not worth the time or money. I could’ve spent my money on a nice sit down meal somewhere for the price I paid and time spent. Complete disappointment because my stomach is growling and I am still hungry. Avoid this location!!

I’ve been coming to this dominos for a while and it’s been going downhill the past year and a half. I’ve come in multiple times to who I believe is the General Manager yelling at both employees and customers, being extremely rude and disrespectful. Multiple occasions she has seemed higher than a kite and not well put together. I’ve seen her with half colored hair and looking like she just woke up. Not very professional, and not a good face for the company. I’ve never gotten my CARRY OUT order in under 45 minutes on a Saturday. Recently I have waited in the lobby for an hour and 10 minutes before I asked for my order to be cancelled entirely and left to get something else. I prefer to order during the week when the gentleman with facial hair is running things. He has always been kind and courteous, even when obviously stressed because he is the only one making any of the food. Along with the red haired manager, but I haven’t seen her in a while (and it shows that she has not been there as well. I thought she was the general manager until she corrected me one day while she was taking care of my order, she should have been the general manager)
