I ordered a BBQ Memphis chicken pizza they sent me one with buffalo sauce drenched on it. They were nice enough to refund me. I had to wait for the pizza because I had to chose a delivery time but my delivery driver Juana was sweet.

I love that it’s open again and back in business but they were stingy with my anchovies. I mean, it’s not like there’s a shortage and if it was pepperoni or sausage they wouldn’t put just one on each slice. Please do better next time guys.

I order from this domino’s often and in 4 years until today have never had issue. If you notice I still gave them 5 stars and it’s because this place is awesome. We all have orders that get screwed up but the way it was handled was perfect. We will continue to use domino’s as our quick go to big pizza place to order from.

I ordered the cheesy bread after seeing an ad. The cheesy bread itself was delicious! However when I picked it up the delivery guy I believe his name is Doug, older guy looks around 50, handed me my food and start coughing without covering his mouth as he was walking away. Of course I called the place and told them how I felt about that! It was disgusting. Coughing while the other working is making someone’s food! I would not recommend anyone to get there pizza from here!

The delivery driver accused me of attempting to scam him when asked to bring back out the correct pizza order. He complained about the tip I left him. I asked him to kindly refrain from the accusations and he became further agitated and said “they need me more than I need them, please call and tell my manager”. Horrible experience. I was embarrassed in front of my young son and wish this would have never happened. Be careful with this location.

super terrible and unprofessional service. we watched the driver pull up for contactless delivery and then he just drove off. my pizza was marked as delivered but he didn’t deliver it. when i called, someone told me that “the driver couldn’t find my house” and he asked if i had a house number. my house number is illuminated and very clear. they didn’t even call me to let me know there was an issue. both the phone call and delivery was very unprofessional. when the driver came back he handed my pizza and said “see ya”

They are pretty much consistent in their customer service, and we have very little to almost no problems with the St. Matthews location!! They are just all around a well-oiled machine. The staff are so friendly, and the food is also consistent in its quality/being delish— the only thing I have had issues with are by boxes being soaked with grease/butter by the time I get home, and one time it ruined the seat of my car. I didn’t complain though, because it wasn’t too bad.

Trash pizza. No glaze on crust. Forgot sauce on pizza. Ordered pan but was basically hand tossed. Called to get the problem fixed and the customer service was trash too. Brought me sauce but basically told me I was wrong about the pizza and didnt fix the issue. Worst dominos in Louisville so far

This Domino’s is pretty terrible. I was hoping it would be under new management since the last time I ordered from here in 2019 but it’s just as bad as ever. I tried doing a pick up and had to sit outside for an extra 15 minutes despite seeing my pizza was done and ready.
