Order here today and did the “bypass line”. When I walked in Ryan was so enthusiastic when saying “Welcome to Dominoes Alisha!” He was very helpful and Polite as well. The staff here are all great but today Ryan gets an outstanding for making my not so great day better! You never really know how far a smile and a warm welcome can carry someone! Thank you, Ryan!

Did something change recently about this location? If i pay for something i expect to get it. I ordered a pizza that i regularly get here… yet this time it was absolute garbage. I ordered and payed for extra sauce, cheese, and toppings… but recieved a pizza with hardly any sauce at all, no extra cheese, and scarce toppings. The pizza was noticeably “light” when handed to me… i immediately knew something was wrong. Worker mistake or managment problem? I’ll shop around for now.

My wings looked nothing like the photos. I ordered the honey BBQ wings; however, I received plain wings with sauce just drizzled over the wings. To make matters worse, I ended up scrapping the sauce off because I kept feeling small balls of what, I don’t know. Next time I’ll just stop at Ralph’s or Fish House.

This pizza was a remake for one we ordered with mushrooms and extra sauce which wasn’t in there. This remake was tough chewy and tasted old. Not at all what we should have had and have always had until a month ago. Manager admitted she made the pizza and didn’t put mushrooms in it. We appreciate her honesty but the remake was the worst we ever got from Radcliff store. We won’t be returning.

I’ve been ordering through this restaurant for a few years now and haven’t had any issues except one time when my mother’s pizza came completely destroyed and she had tried talking to the manager to get it corrected and long story short, the pizza was returned to the store and was never brought back nor corrected. My mother was so upset she just let it go and never ordered from this location ever again! This was over a year or two ago! My personal experiences though have been nothing but AMAZING AND SUPER DUPER FAST!!!! I use the pizza tracker and it’s always accurate, if the drivers ever have trouble finding you they don’t take much time to call. They are very nice and socially polite and interactive and I love the communication! I do wanna add that I just ordered some pizza and the only issue I have is slack on toppings! I don’t expect much but if I’m paying for it I’d like a decent amount but in this case I feel like I was cut! I order mushrooms and philly steak on my pan pizza (on the right) and you can see in the picture it’s not much toppings at all. But the taste was ok.

We ordered from Domino’s, because Papa John’s, doesn’t deliver here. The thin crust pizza was not good. The Crust was paper thin. There were very few ingredients on the pizza. For the price and taste, we were very disappointed. Not good at all

Gr8 pizza. Lots of choices to make the exact pizza you want. I especially like the thin crust and Alfredo sauce. Also, if you go to pick it up, they have an electronic list and status for each order so you know where your pizza is in the process. Price is right too.
