Got the wrong pizza delivered again. Called and someone actually answered this time. They said to bring it back and they’ll cook me another one. I ordered and paid for delivery and left a tip. Why would I want to go pick it up when it costs me 20 extra to get it delivered. I brought it back and got my money back. This is constant with this dominos in Cairo. Keep the free pizza. Don’t want it.

Wife ordered a special “Meat Lovers” pizza for me. Placed the order to go. Got the pizza and drove the twenty (20) miles home, opened the box with great anticipation AND it was a pepperoni pizza. Just a regular plain old pizza. Crust wasn’t even that good.

Brandy was less than favorable tonight after her pity party about a recent negative review she received for an order being wrong. Apparently constructive criticism doesn’t serve her well because after not liking what she was told, she yelled “kiss my ass” out of the drive thru window. Wow. Keep it classy and professional Brandy. She also claims to be the owner of this particular location. Can anyone confirm? ♀️

Tried to call and order a pizza. I’m from NC, in town for a week. The first time no one answered the phone. No pizza. Second time I just walked in and ordered. Third time was over the phone and I was told a 45 minute wait. She took my # and as soon as I said my area code she started stuttering and put me on hold, for 7 minutes. Like I was trying to prank order a pizza or something. I called three more times, and was put on hold for a total of 10 more minutes and she picked up the third time. By then I’d been driving for 20 min and had no intention of buying a pizza and waiting 30 min in the parking lot while they cooked it so I just hung up. To hell with this place.

Been ordering delivery here for years, now all of a sudden they don’t. Same kid tells my wife their manager said they don’t have to.She calls 3 days later and they delivered. Now today they don’t same kid as the time before so I ask for his name a click he hangs up. Great Customer Service!!

Terrible experience. Placed an order for 8 pizzas at 4pm to be picked up at 7pm. Got notification they were ready. We arrived to pick up and no pizzas were ready. 45 minutes later they only had partial order ready. Had to leave with partial order and loose money on pizza not received. To make matters worse is that the employees did not seem to care. Then when we opened the pizzas to feed the group they were burnt. I place large orders regularly (8-12 pizzas) but now will get pizza for my group from someone else.
