I ordered pizza 1/28/23. It was terrible my app said the pizza was ready it was not ready . They lost one pizza had to remake it . We ordered hand tossed ham and got a thin . We was told our bread was in the oven. All of our food was cold it was not in the oven it had just been sitting there. We order pizza a lot. This was the worst experience I have had here it will be a while before I go back . I don’t order pizza for it to be cold when I get it I want it hot

Extremely slow service. Took me almost 12 minutes to order over the phone. Then went to pickup had to wait outside at least 10 minutes till someone acknowledged that I was there but still didn’t open the door. When they finally let me in, my pizzas were getting cold waiting for me on the counter. At least the pizzas are still good. Someone needs to step up and provide better customer service. Didn’t realize till later that they have a drive thro window. I’ll give a extra star for that

I’ve ordered twice once over the phone , once online got there and never did I ever receive my pizzas. They tell me they haven’t even started on them and it was over 30 minutes once it was over a hour the other time. I drove over 30 minutes to pick it up and we ending up having to go some were else to get food. I’ve never seen a place like this before. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. This store obviously needs new management and employees cause someone’s not doing their jobs.

Terrible customer service from a bunch of kids running a store. Placed my order in the app, arrived at the store and checked in for curbside. 3 vehicles came up after us in the drive through and were served while we just sat there. I tried calling the store twice and nobody would answer. I went to the door and it was locked even though the automated phone message says the lobby is open for carry out. I knocked on the door and every single person working in the store saw me standing at the door and just looked at me then went on doing something else. Finally had to get back in the vehicle and go to the drive through window where the guy proceeded to argue with me that I had not even checked in and then he told me that they don’t even know the procedure for what to do when someone checks in. He was rude and argumentative.

When I called in my order the guy didn’t tell me I had to go around and pick it up at the window. After waiting about 45 minutes I walked to the window and asked did they do curbside delivery they told me oh we don’t offer curbside delivery you have to get in line and go thru the drive thru. He could have told me to pick it up at the drive thru. At least the posta bowl was good.
