3 hour delivery wait, despite website saying 36 minutes. I understand the driver shortage, but I would have not ordered knowing that it was going to be that long. Employees at store couldn’t have cared less when I called and followed up. I was even understanding with them and was patient until the second hour passed. I called back to ask for a manager and they left me on hold indefinitely.

Will absolutely never use them again. It is one thing after another. I have NEVER received my full order when using their delivery. When I call to straighten it out, they don’t answer the phone. Projected delivery can be 33 minutes… My food will be “out for delivery” for an hour, I live ONE block away and ALWAYS tip… There is just no excuse. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, it is what is deserved. I don’t want to pay money for a cold, incomplete, order of food.

i ordered around 8:00p, spent $35 dollars and it’s currently 10:24pm and my food still hasn’t arrived. I have called the store 6 times stayed on hold for around 5 mins each time and they have not picked up nor made any attempt to call me back. If I could give them -5 stars i would. This is ridiculous.

Horrible service! I placed my order over 2 hours ago and after two phone calls inquiring why it was taking longer than the 45 minutes that I was originally told the girl finally shows up. She apologized for having left my two liter bottle of soda in the car and handed me what we’re supposed to be Buffalo wings which they were not, nor was there any of the five blue cheese dressings that I had ordered there. When the girl returned with my soda I handed her the box of erroneous chicken took my money back and told her to please leave last time I ordered from these idiots.

Nice staff!!! Way better than the previous staff that’s for sure. Very focused and timely. Also the food has been getting better and better . You all are giving pizza hut a run for they money. Ordered pizza and pasta online got to the store waiting in the lobby for thirty minutes just for the dude to tell me my pizza never was mad because they were out of all ingredients except for pepperoni. My pasta he handed me had a sticker for someone else on it he ripped it off and gave it to me. Then only gave my money back because I told him to keep the pasta. Only way I’d get to get my money back. Very sad never even wanted to order from there because of the bad experience I had last time I went. But gave them the benefit of doubt. But now I know. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. SUCKS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
