I ordered my food at 9:58, it’s now 11:01pm and I still haven’t received it yet! Then I asked for bacon and sausage, someone said the only topping left is pepperoni and ham. So I have another pizza now, and I’m still waiting. Phone don’t work either btw! Next time I’m picking my order up!

You have to realize how understaffed the people at the store in Greenwood Mississippi!!! I called to place an order and ended up getting a real life person, and he told me I would have to order online! So , I ask him what ????? You can’t take my order????? I am not sure who this guy is but he needs a raise!!!This polite young man apologized,saying sorry sir, I’m the only one here making pizzas and answering the phone! Hats off to pizza man you’re doing a great job because I ordered wings, extravaganza,and twist, and all of it is DELICIOUS, Some of the best pizza I ever had!!!!! THANKS PIZZA MAN!!!

Sometime I have great experience and some times it’s just awful. I order pizza the last time I went. I went to pickup 30 minutes later thinking something was wrong with the app. I spent another 30 minutes waiting on them to even start my pizzas.

Horrible. Ordered online for delivery. Called to check after it said they were checking the order for 30 minutes. Lady answered and stated they don’t do deliveries. Was put on hold a few times for her to tell me my order was on the way. Called back 30 minutes later and another girl told me that the delivery driver was putting my order in her car right now. Called back 30 minutes later and just cancelled the order. They need to do better. Lost my business.

My daughter ordered and I went to pickup when it was suppose to be ready. I was asked to pull in a parking spot and they would bring it out. 30 minutes later no pizza. I went to the pickup window and was told it was coming out of the oven. So I waited and 7 minutes later no pizza. Another employee came to the window and said she was going to check on it. Few minutes later she comes back and said their oven went off. So I waited more. No pizza. After 50 minutes from the time we ordered I left with no pizza.

Brutal Honesty
AWFUL. Sat at the window 10 minutes with no one ahead of us or behind us. It’s says our server was named Jasmine when we placed our order and since she’s the only one we saw in there I’m assuming that’s who met us at the window. She looked at us through the glass multiple times but continued to ignore us. Finally she came to the window, but tried to hand us the wrong order. She was rude, entitled and dismissive. HIRE NEW STAFF DOMINOS!!!!

I rarely have issues when ordering from Dominos. But my experience today was much less than okay. I placed an order for two large two topping pizzas and chicken wings at 3:20. I arrived to pick up the order at 3:45. I payed for my order and was told that I would need to wait just a few more minutes because one of my pizzas wasn’t done. Of course, I waited. At 4:00, after asking about my order, I was told that I was then waiting on my chicken wings because they needed to go through twice! Okay, I’ll take that because I don’t want raw chicken! At 4:25, I asked AGAIN about my order and was told I was waiting on my second pizza!!!! Upset is an understatement of how I felt! Should it take over an hour to get two pizzas and wings?! I would hope not! I asked for my money back and then I left! I don’t plan on going back anytime soon. I don’t know if it’s a case of being understaffed or if my order was overlooked or even given to someone else! But whatever the case is, it should be addressed and fixed as soon as possible. Or else you’ll lose more customers, if that’s even a concern of the management there!
