Very poorly managed and ran store. My complaints have fallen on deaf ears time and time again. Do not expect to pay with cash at this location as they haven’t had enough cash on hand to break a $100 bill the last 5 times I’ve been here ordering $50 plus worth of food/drinks/appetizers. The last two times I ordered pizza here, it was cold upon delivery and the toppings had slid off of my pizza. The breadsticks were bunt. This location, its management and owner(s) are an embarrassment to the city of Hernando and the Domino’s brand.

will never return here. The pizza quality is horrible. No cheese or sauce hardly. To make it worse out of two ingredients. They did not even bother to cut the pizza. The crust was rubbery and had bubbles. Never again for 14 dollars for a medium pizza.!

Hernando Domino’s is apparently afraid of sauce and cheese. Even when you order extra of both. I have been to Domino’s all over the country and this one is the worst. If your in Hernando and looking for pizza try somewhere else.

Domino’s pizza Hernando. Saturday evening 3/14/2020 about 6 pm. This is absolutely the worst pizza. Ordered BBQ Chicken pizza with pineapple and Bacon. There was No Bacon. No pineapple and only 6 pieces of Chicken. So roughly all I paid for was. A large thin crust with very little cheese and sauce. The other was suppose to have spinach with 3 kinds of cheeses. Well where is the cheese. This has got to be the Worst I have ever had. Called and the young woman was just a little apologetic.

I’m a picky eater. I am. It’s not like I chose to be this way but it is what it is. Modifying food shouldn’t be anything abnormal or stressful but it is. I love the parmesan chicken Sandwhich. I do have to ask them to “ light bake “ it otherwise it is very hard on the ends I never want a conflict so now I make sure I get to pickup myself every time so I can check it right there. Cause after being promised to replace my burnt Sandwhiches I got the store manager say “you’re not getting any more free food “. The connection wad bad but I decided to let it go an just pay for it. It was NOT FREE I threw it out because it’s not worth chipping a tooth over. Alex and Noah are very nice. Bethany is amazing. All are professional. I order 2-4x week. The store manager is very unfriendly. Other dominos mostly are all very much professional and nice and that’s not the case with the Hernando MS store but I still love the food so I just hope to gain a better relationship with the manager so there’s so problems cause I gotta have my dominos. I recommend.
