I placed an order through the mobile app. Was charged $10 more than what the promotion stated. The order shows complete and ready for pick up at 5:53 p.m. My order was finally finished at 6:18. The staff knew I was in the lobby waiting for my food – walked right past me and delivered the food to my kids in the car and let me stand in the lobby another 10 minutes before they told me my food was brought to my car. I’m completely done with Domino’s. The Sparta store is no different.

We have ordered from the Domino’s on South Jefferson in Cookeville roughly 8-10 times over the past 6 months. We’ve done mostly carry-out, but also an occasional delivery from them. In those orders, we have tried pretty much every crust combo, different toppings, and even different sauces – and I have to say they have knocked it out of the park every single time! Every order has been: on time, cooked to perfection, nicely topped, tasted excellent, and backed up by efficient and friendly customer service. To top it off, you can’t beat their prices and they almost always have a great coupon deal going. I have not tried the other Domino’s in CKVL, but this store on South Jeff does a fantastic job! (pictured is the Brooklyn style crust with bacon, pepperoni and hot sauce)

I was so happy with our delivery order last night. Our food was so yum and HOT. Kylen did an excellent job delivering in that storm and up our hellish driveway. I’d rate him 5 stars for that alone. DONT FORGET TO TIP PEOPLE.

Great experience. Been there a few times now and have been very well satisfied each and every time. I find the staff helpful and friendly. Walked in today and ordered 3 large pizzas and he said 15-20 minutes and I went back in 20 minutes later and they were ready. Hot when we got back home about 10 miles away. Very pleased with this location.

I will say up front that my kids and I have not been fans of Domino’s for several years. We saw this new location and took a chance on ordering some pizza. We were very surprised and quite happy with the pizza. It was quickly prepared, hot, and very tasty. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally friendly so we are happy making this location our favorite. We made a second order and had the same terrific experience so it was not a fluke. Both times, the pizzas just came out of the oven as I pulled in to pick them up.

decent pizza, but they don’t accept bills over 20’s. Highly recommend getting your pizza elsewhere. They made us drive to the bank and get change and come back. Also, had to go back cause they forgot our sauce.

I often use the app and pickup my pizza on my way home. The process is simple and smooth. When picking up my pizza I am usually created by several smiling faces and cheerful hellos. I know my order is ready because I was able to track it in the app so I give my name and I’m given my order promptly. The order is always correct and well made. I cannot say anything but good things about this Domino’s location.

Just wanted to give the folks at the S. Jefferson branch a shout out for stellar customer service…after making my pizza wrong they remade it and gave me both pizzas PLUS a drink to sip on while I waited.All this without me having to say a word. They realized the mistake which was that I’d asked for no garlic butter on the crust, and then gave me both the original pizza and the remade one + drink. They’re always very courteous and store is clean. Food comes out in a reasonable time frame and is always hot and tasty.
