I normally do not write reviews but I’m absolutely annoyed about our order tonight. We didn’t have any problems with customer service or anything like that. We got our food and all seemed fine but Get home and the 13 dollar garlic knots and dip I ordered was some dry bread and the dip was literally just sprinkle cheese and it wasn’t even all the way melted. Most definitely will not be ordering here again.

Usually the pizza, pasta, and sandwiches are great. The cookie brownie and lava cakes are to die for! However, the one time I am offered a free medium pizza, it arrives burnt, dry and completely inedible!

I’ve always had great results from this store. The food is fresh and hot. When I choose pick up, they are nice and friendly. When it’s delivered, I get the notifications to know when it’s coming. It may take longer at times, but this is to be expected as it seems difficult to keep drivers. Thank you!

Pizza was good but employee told us they could not replace the messed up parm bites for another food item (they offered a 2L instead). Which we said no since we didnt need another 2L. We were understanding that they ran out of the butter oil. Manager got onto the phone and said they tried calling which we never received to let us know about our order. We were wanting corporates number to which the manger said she didn’t have it. My husband asked for her name and she refused (even though she had said her name when she first got on the phone with us) and was rude throughout the conversation. I called back and had to ask an employee who the managers on shift were. Trashy management makes a place not worth going to anymore.

Ordered a Caesar salad and primavera pasta. Got a tossed salad and Alfredo pasta. When I called to explain to a manager I was told “we are busy can you call back in an hour” then hung up on. So, my review for Dominos in Milan, TN is bad customer service and you don’t get what you order. Dissatisfied.

Placed a carry-out order 1 hour prior to a party. Got here and they hadn’t even put it in yet. They hung the order when they couldn’t find the pizzas they hadn’t even started making yet. They told me it would be 20 minutes if I was still interested. I’m not one to leave a bad review and I can understand there’s nights where you’re so busy mistakes happen. But the cashier’s attitude about it and getting seemingly mad at me instantly made this a 1 star experience.

The pizza was as thin as a piece of tissue paper. Too much cheese. The dough is being distributed unevenly resulting in crust that’s too high and a center that’s razor thin meaning all you taste is cheese, which is kind of gross. It’s like this every time I order from this location.

My pizza was supposed to ready between 5:19 til 5:29. I got there at 5:29. They told me my pizza would not be ready for at least 20 more minutes. They had gotten an order for 25 pizzas from the fire dept. I understand but they should of called or text me about the delay. I did not get my pizza till 5:54. Last time I go to dominoes in Milan TN. I wasn’t the only one in this predicament. There were between 15 to 18 people in the parking lot. Also while I was there one of the employees after he talked to another customer he turned to the person I assumed was the manager and said there’s another cancelled order. She said she could not understand why.

They are quick and they know how to make it crispy…the delivery drivers are super polite. They don’t walk in my flower bed..lol..great job you guys sure make teenage boy’s very happy! Sorry no photo they already ate it…I love the old school dominos boxes too by the way. Lord did they bring back some memories!
