I understand there is a problem with Verizon but 2.5 hours later I still have not received my pizza. I’ve called exactly 17 times. They marked it as “delivered” a hour and a half ago. I spoke with one person who told me to wait 10 minutes then call back. No one will answer now. No food and now out of money… great way to treat your customers.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and got something totally different and went back and the manager would not replace it. They are the ones who messed up. I want be going back to the paris Domino’s anymore!! They also messed up on a previous order. I also tried to call the store three times and never could get no one on the phone. So I just wasted my time and gas going to the store. Get workers who can check and make sure the order is correct before the hand it out.

My order was wrong and when I tried to call them to fix it they wouldn’t answer, they answer when my wife called and was rude and said I will put a free pizza on your next order. Just all around a bad experience

Higher prices for less food. We ordered delivery tonight; pizza, specialty chicken and pasta. The pasta was less than half an order and dry. The chicken was less than an order. Highly disappointed.

I do not like the automated order system that answers when you call in. Feels gross to automate that when its a job a person should be doing in case there’s a mix up.
