TERRIBLE. We were notified that the driver was arriving at our hotel. We went down to wait in the lobby…waited for almost an hour and still no pizza. We called the store twice and both times the man who answered was very rude and told us to “just be patient and wait” and then hung up. When it finally arrived, it was cold, old, and burned around the edges.

I placed an online order at 11pm. The tracker showed it being prepared, then in the oven with a pick up time of 10 minutes. I went to pick it up and they told me they couldn’t make it because “the food had been left out and got warm” yet he was making other orders. I told them to refund my card and I would take it up with corporate. He then offered to make my food, but he had already told me the food had been left out. He was rude and was no help at all. He just acted like he didn’t want to make my order.

I placed an online order at 5pm stood in the store 20 minutes with no food they was just making my order my order said it was ready at 5:17 it’s 5:41 and I still don’t have my order. Cooks touching the food with bear hands. No one in the kitchen have on hair nets.

This was my first time ordering a carry-out from this location. I’ve have heard bad things about this location. But I like this location it had plenty of parking. The inside store has been updated. It’s even a place for you to sit and eat. On this particular night the store was clean and the staff was very friendly. My pizza what’s hot out of the oven. They even have great specials in-store or online. I felt safe in the store. I’ll definitely try this location again. The pizza what’s good and the staff was very friendly.
