Farragut’s location still needs to work on their customer service skills. I wish I had checked my pizza AGAIN before I left. Missing cheese and sauce on the one I got last night. Not sure what’s going on at this location but I’m wondering if maybe Domino’s wants to consider transfer of ownership or management. I’ve been coming here for years. I think I’ll consider other options for the time being.

After experiencing a steady decline in service and quality at our local Domino’s last night was a breaking point for us. We arrived a minute before our order was expected to be ready. The girl working the cutting station pulled out and sliced the first pizza. I watched on as she kept checking the oven and other boxes to see if our 2nd pizza had already made it out. I got the sense that only one of our two pies made it into the oven. Lots of general chaos amongst a staff very disorderly working tasks. Another guy attempted to assist (delivery driver that just walked in), opened the box of our sole pizza and due to shuffling it around turned some of the slices on top of each other and applied his bare hands on the pizza to fix it. I’ve decided at this point I’ll not be eating it. At the same time, they are having a discussion on a delivery order that wanted a 2L Diet Coke. No Diet Coke on site so they wrap a regular Coke in a bag and tells him to just drop it off. Finally we get back to my pizza shortage and another guy steps into to make another one. I offered please don’t worry about it now- the other pizza is cold and I’m just going to get a refund. While all this was going down I witness the pizza pans randomly cycling thru the oven and falling onto the floor (no pizzas on them), but no doubt these were recycled to use on the next pie after sitting on the floor. The pizza maker I waved off making my missing pies grabs the manager who I’ve yet to see and he rolls up the front counter and offers “what’s the problem as my people can’t seem to communicate.” I explain he’ll be reimbursing me and I’m not really happy how things just played out.

Went to the door to get our pizzas and saw the driver walking fast and swearing back to his car. I went outside, got the pizza and noticed one of them had been dropped. I called for another pizza. They told me it would take an hour because they were busy. Pizza never arrived. The one left you could tell fell out and was put back in the box. Will not order from here again. 🙁

Whatever you do, don’t order at dinner time, particularly on a Friday! Takes about 90 minutes (at least) for your order to even start being made. Not sure why this still happen. Have to get better management and staffing I suppose. The days of “30 minutes or less or your money back” are gone for good indeed!! Otherwise, the staff is usually super friendly.

Our pizzas were luke warm and absolutely NOT fresh. The very simple toppings were incorrect. The wings had zero breading and were cool. Ate half a piece of pizza and one wing.

This is not the first time this I had to wait 2 hours on my food and then I had to walk to the leasing office to get my food by the time it got to me it was so cold and hard it was not even edible. And when you call the store all they want to do is give you a free pizza but I don’t want a nasty pizza I want my money back

Ordered pizza for to go and arrived too early. The guy who was counting money earlier started to prepare a pizza without washing his hands, similarly a person who was delivering pizza came into the store and started to cut the pizza, of course without washing hands! Filthy and Disgusting!!!!

Normally we really like Domino’s Pizza, but this time they were horrible. We bought a thin crust, 3 topping, ham, pepperoni and pineapple pizza and a Deluxe Pizza. The 3 topping was dripping in red sauce. So much that when you took a bite sauce ran everywhere and made it impossible to taste the toppings, all you could taste was the red sauce. Pineapple was practically nonexistent. The Deluxe, regular crust, also had way to much sauce and only had sausage, pepperoni, maybe 6 little pieces of green pepper but was blessed with an over abundance of mushrooms.
