Extremely unprofessional behavior by driver. Your drivers don’t drive their own cars anymore, they don’t use gas, and I live less than a mile away from your store. I called the store and the “manager” was basically dismissive about the whole situation. This will be the last time I order from here, I recommend others do the same.

Went there last night with a buddy pretty late and close to closing time. We were treated really well and there was a black gentlemen (hate that this is how i have to describe him but i didn’t get his name sadly and there was a white man working so i gotta be kinda specific) but anyways he was the coolest guy ever. Recommend us some good pizza and made the food super quick. Started w a $7 tip and he was extremtly greatful, I mean it just lit up. So i handed him another $10 and I mean he was the most deserving person iv ever seen of a tip. He was telling us how he’s the only one making the pizza and it’s the most he’s ever got. Super great guy and truly made our night, hope we made his. Just wanted to take the time to appreciate this guy as it’s not something you see a lot.

The pizza was delivered with burnt cheese on every slice. I called the store with my complaint and to replace it. The 2 need pizza arrived the same way …. Burnt cheese!! When I called the store again, they refused to replace it and issued a credit for the pizza!! Unless you like burnt cheese, Do Not Order Pizza from Domino’s!!! I’ve never had this experience with Papa John’s or Pizza Hut or Blaze Pizza!!

Yoooo this place has always been good to us. We went to pick up an order yesterday, we had our dog with us and the staff member surprised me with “does your dog want a treat?” He holds out a bucket of dog biscuits. Thats straight up awesome. Props to this place for always being awesome.

I have been a loyal customer at this location for a 2+ years. Never had any issues. Recently, I had to cancel two orders in a row due to a 2 hour+ waiting time. It used to be way under an hour. All of the personnel was always nice. Nothing against you guys! Therefore going from 5 stars to two instead of one. Going to give it one more try and if the same issue will appear, I will order from elsewhere. The quality of pizzas was always good.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s for several years and in the last two years they have been the most difficult to order from. Staff is rude and not willing to split a pizza half and half. Jade, who I spoke with today, said they can’t do that, don’t have time to do it because they are too busy. That they couldn’t do that on a weekend. I’ve always ordered on the weekend? It doesn’t take any more time to spread regular sauce on one side and BBQ on the other half. Called another Domino’s, a little further down the road and they are happy to accommodate my order and did so with kindness and were extremely friendly. I will never go to the Middlebrook Domino’s again. Kingston pike will always get my business and tips from now on. Life is too short to deal with (and pay for) rude service!

Ordered delivery for two deep dish medium two topping pizzas. Total $60 bucks. Holy moly. They gave a 20% off and the total was still $40. Y’all are proud of your pizza! Called the store and they couldn’t even throw in a $3 two liter to take the sting out of paying over $15 bucks for a 12 inch pizza. As a retail manager myself, my opinion…..VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They didn’t even suggest another option for online ordering to get the same pizza for 8.99 each. Me…I would have thrown in some bread or a small dessert at the very least or offered a better deal for my customer. I am a life long Dominos customer. I will NEVER order Dominos again. And Jimmy, corporate needs to coach you on how to provide better customer service because your attitude is horrible, degrading and arrogant. If you were my direct report…..you would be on paper buddy.

For the love of God, quit putting onions on my pizza when I order it with NO ONIONS!! This happens 90% of the time at every Dominos I order from. They are good about replacing my pizza on my next visit, but it’s a big inconvenience not getting my order correct when I first come to pick it up. Today it was the same story, I called back immediately and was told it will be an additional 30 minutes to fix their mistake. Don’t put me at the back of the line when you are the ones who messed up my order. Who has that kind of time to wait when you have a hungry kid?! Please read the order and get it right the 1st time. I’m seriously debating going back to Papa Johns. Why did Dominos start putting onions on the spinach feta pizza anyway? It’s so much better without. End of rant
