If I could give this place zero stars I would! They are terrible! I have tried to call multiple times only to be hung up on! It ALWAYS takes a long time for delivery and on the most recent time it took over 3 hours to receive my order! Then the food was DISGUSTING! It was so bad we couldn’t even eat it but I couldn’t even call anyone because the wait was SO long and when I did finally get through, they would hang up on me! I also customized some of my order, including extra meat, I could not find any extra anything on it. There goes over $100 down the drain! I’ll never order from this store again. My advice would be to go somewhere else if you’re able!

This is truly the worst place. Do not order from them. They do not answer the phones, I just hung up again after the second time trying to call and find out what is happening to my order I have been waiting on for two hours. The first time I waited on hold for 28 minutes and no one picked up, so I hung up. The second time I was determined to stay on hold until I spoke to someone and after an HOUR on hold, no one picked up. Close your store if you are so short staffed. You can’t even get a refund BECAUSE NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONES. Would give negative stars if possible. I want my money back Domino’s!

Great service, and great food! Always great, helpful, consistent, and informed employees behind the counter! They have a way of making sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in. They could serve the worst food in the world i would leave happy. It’s such an underrated skill and attribute these days. Their food is also consistent and great, but that’s really just a bonus with a chain like this. I understand brand quality control can be an issue in the larger companies/franchises, however these guys NAIL the most important part! I cant speak at any higher level of this location, well unless they paid my bills. Lol Have a wonderful day guys and gals. I appreciate you all. Thank you!

I ordered a large 4 topping pizza last week and received a generic pepperoni. When I called they said they didnt have the staff to make pizza and I would be refunded. I was never refunded. I was given a free medium 2 topping pizza to make up for the 4 topping large. And then I still had to pay 50cents.

Like most of the other reviews, I have also had terrible experiences with this location. Mostly it just takes an extremely long time to get your food and then you can tell it had been sitting on the counter for a while.

Ordered at 5:26, food came out of the oven at 5:38, called at 6:15 was on hold for 3 minutes then the line went dead, called back 20 minutes later was on hold for 24 minutes. Decide to drive up to the unit which is 15 minutes away. Walked in asked the person there if he was the only on working, he said yes. I asked him for my money back for my order. He asked for my order number which I had no clue, gave him my name and address. He couldn’t find the order so I ask why couldn’t he find it, at this point he started swearing as well as threatened to call the police on me. He said he had to call them twice last night. I told him I just want my money back. At this point he called his supervisor,he told me she would be there in 20 minutes. During this time I found my order number and ask for the credit, he said no she would have to do it. He told me again he was going to call the cops. At this point it was since less to stay so I left then came back to get my money back. Order was still active on the tracker. 2 hours later. This is a very poor run unit and has been for a long time. Dominoes check your sales for this day. There was a lobby full of people upset about there orders, close it and fix it! I may post the video of the guy calling me names and threatening me for no reason.

Worst store ever. Ordered pizza at 8:45 and at 9:13 got a text saying it was on the way. 35 minutes later no pizza called the store waited on hold for 15 minutes then was told the pizza was just leaving the store, the driver wouldn’t give me her name when I asked for it and then hung up on me. Now I am currently on hold again for 36 minutes now and still no pizza. Oh and they apparently completed my order on the tracker even though i never got it. I will never order from this store again!

Update: I immediately sent an email to the email that was left below in response to my review. My review was posted 5/21, they responded 5/22 & responded to them immediately. As of 5/26 i have heard nothing from them. Feeling extremely let down by this location. I’m unsure why any owner/manager etc would reach out and provide their email to further investigate, & then choose to not respond within a timely manner. The irony of apologizing about dropping the ball just to turn around & drop the ball AGAIN is incredible. What a slap to the face. I would have loved to remove my review, but it’ll stay as is.

Was in the store the employee with the fanny pack and no teeth; was using extremely foul language toward customers and other employees. Will never eat here again; while the manager did say something to the employee, if he is that unhappy with his job then maybe he shouldn’t work there!

2.5 hours for this pizza that sat around for 30 mins before taking 40 mins to deliver. Can’t get anyone on the phone at location to cancel order after 90 mins of waiting. courtesy call at minimum would have been the best step to let people know.
