I would give a zero raring but it won’t let me. We ordered our pizza and was told it would be 1 hour maybe 1 and half hour well at the one and half hour mark the tracker was still saying in prep mode so I called the store. I was told that it would be another 30 minutes but we would have our order in 30 minutes. That was at 7:25 and yet our order still did NOT arrive until a little after 8. Then it was not even hot. Oh but that would be because it set and quality check for almost 40 minutes. In total it took right at 3 houra for us to get our pizza which is more then double what we were told it would take. When i called to check on it the guy that answered tried to blame the app. No dude its not the apps fault. Not happy with this at all. The pizza was very very very poorly made and was not worth the money I spent.

2 hours and 45 minutes to receive order after being quoted 1 hour and 30 minutes. Pizzas arrived COLD! I don’t mean “not hot”, I mean cold to a point of being concerned about food poisoning….. Called the store for refund and employee refused to put manager on the phone, offered free medium pizza (I ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and dessert). I asked again to speak to manager before leaving a negative review and employee said “A free medium pizza in the future is all we can do”….. I understand there is a staffing shortage but maybe don’t accept new orders of you can fill them

Pizza is almost always great. Felt so bad for Blake working there. He was working all by himself and was not able to have any orders delivered. Very nice and apologetic for it taking two hours to get my order and gave me a credit on my account for next visit. He did a great job, food was excellent.

We placed our order at 947pm eta was 30-50 minutes. Received no communication at all until about 10:50 pm saying out for delivery. Our food didn’t arrive until 11:50 pm . All we ordered was the cheesesteak tots which had no steak at all on them and the cookie brownie at least ot was hot called the store several times to check on our order and of course no answer. I will not recommend this location for a while.

I ordered the two or more $6.99. Was quoted an unrealistic price while ordereing over the phone for carryout. The manager said it was only for online orders, but he worked his magic and fixed it right up Be kind folks. Everyone has their own stuff. I was buying pizza because I was exhausted from physical therapy after breaking my femur. He rose to the occasion and honestly made a really painful day better.

Absolute worst dominos around. Second time they claim to have the order ready and then asked for 15 more minutes just to come back and tell me 15 more minutes. An hour later I’m walking out. They are rude and unorganized. Absolutely awful. Thank god I didn’t pay online. Cashier is rude and manager couldn’t care less about anything going on. Will drive the extra 10 minutes to a further location. Avoid at all costs

They physically can’t keep up with delivery. Not enough staff. Food will come cold and soggy. It the store managment not able to keep ppl highered. They do to much volume and that just it. To much volume destroys quality.
